I have an allergy to refined sugar and dairy. My drink was not made with sugar free vanilla syrup. The barista at the window took the lid off of my drink pumped sugar free syrup on top of my drink and handed it back making awful comments. I hope this Starbucks does not regularly give patrons drinks that can cause severe allergic reactions.

Place is always crowded with people waiting on orders. Very few friendly staff members. Management need to do better with having products available. At less twice a week I try to get cold brew coffee here and they are out. Specially on Sundays.

The staff that serves the public has a tendency to racism but their manager is a very kind and attentive person who knows how to correct the staff that serves the public. Thank you for taking the time, manager, to assist me when seeing that the staff was indifferent.

Place is amazing! All Bararista were attentive and polite! They made me a vanilla sweet cream cold brew Frappuccino and it was amazing!
I asked Drake today to make me whatever drink he felt like making me. And when I tell yall this is beyond the best drink I have ever had, it really is. Whenever I come here, Drake has always been so sweet and so nice. thank you so much drake!

Some employees need a reality check. Not sure what makes you think having rude customer service is acceptable at any given point. If you are that unhappy with your job then don’t work there. Don’t take it out on your paying and loyal customers; especially ones who have been coming to a location for years! Rudeness will not be tolerated and rewarded! Have respect!
