Went to Houma TR for my birthday with my family in August 2025, we sat down, ordered, ate our meal. When we were finished we packed our leftovers up paid and left. When we left I noticed my mouth was hurting some, not crazy bad but enough to notice. I brush it off and go about my day. The next day I grab my TR leftovers straight from the fridge bring it to work for lunch. I warm up my food/bread, bite into my bread to find it crunch. I spit the bread out instantly and found blood in my mouth, upon further inspection my tongue was cut and I was bleeding. Looking at the rest of the roll there was glass shards in the roll. I bring this to TR corporate office as well as talked to the local manager for them to basically tell me since no one else came forward, they can’t and won’t do anything but offer me a $100 gift certificate to go back and eat there. WHY THE FK would I do that?! TR has lost their mind and the lack of customer care is mind blowing. I don’t want a pay out but accountability would be nice! Garbage place will never eat there again !

This place was PACKED! We had to wait awhile for a table which was understandable. Our 12oz Fort Worth Ribeye's were delicious. I like mine well done. Yeah that's right! And if the cook knows how to truly cook, then although it may shrink it will be juicy. My wife likes it pink. Well they did a great job with both. On a side note, you have to ask for the peanuts now. Probably to cut down on waste.

Waitress knew better for what we wanted more than us. She ordered Jacob a steak we didn't want and gave me a 6oz steak when a 16oz was ordered. Beware, they know more about you than you know yourself. And they will tell you you're wrong. Horrible.

I got a ribeye rare, along with a salad and mashed potatoes. Honestly food was great. What was not great was several hours after. I woke up throwing up and having both ends on fire. Pretty sure I got food poisoning from this place.

There was a long line waiting out the door but we were seated right away no wait. Outside and inside was very clean. Staff friendly and professional and very helpful. Food was outstanding. Rolls and cinnamon butter excellent. Beef tips with grilled onions mashed potatoes gravy macaroni and cheese, cooked to perfection and so yummy. Steak and ribs also excellent.
Got our food to go. I asked for extra butter and we got extra butter. My steak was overcooked. I asked for medium and had well done, like almost jerky done.

Hi, We were there last evening. I just want to say I loved ? everything. The 1st young lady was so nice, that brought to our table. I don't remember her name. The server was Shay, so very courteous and friendly. My daughter and I had just left the Rougaroo Fest. We were vendors for the 1st time there this year. Anyway, Steven brought us our food. It was AWESOME!!! I asked for Go Plates and a to go cup for my iced tea!!! I threw Shay a little bit...I asked if yalls gravy was made with a Roux....LOL. I think this was my 1st time at Texss Roadhouse...not my daughter though. Yalls whole operation is GREAT!!! GREAT JOB WORKING TOGETHER. Mgmt too!!!
