Went yesterday after placing a phone order. I ordered the redfish dinner and the bacon wrapped shrimp dinner as well. My food was greasy, and sour. I believe I was being discriminated against, and this isn't the first time something was fishy in my order. Will not go back.

we went 2 Fridays ago for lunch special, ADVERTISED here on FB was shrimp stew/rice, green beans, salad, roll, I ordered it and got special with peas, when asking waitress that brought(not the same whom took our order) where's the green beans? she said it comes with peas, so I stated that not what was advertised, she loudly, kinda rude, said like where did u see that(starting an argue) I showed her on FB on my phone then she said well hmm u want something else, I got potato salad, well it was mushed leftover boiled red potatoes might of had a tsp. of mayo only, def. not a Cajun pot.salad, but moreover she stated oh u didn't even get ur salad yet let me go get it so when she came back with it I said u just as well box that up since I'm halfway done with meal, bad service, reg. waitress never brought a refill on drinks, food not great!! hubby ordered a shrimp poboy and it came on an oversized hot dog bun, like don't u know hot French bread is available in just about every store around u!!! not going back!!! WOW this was not like the old shack a year or 2 ago!!!

Had to literally remove all the crust off of the soft shell crab to be able to eat it!!! The fried shrimp is IQF! Tasted horrible!!!! NEVER AGAIN will I go there!! 🤮

I went in and got a half and half dinner with an order of onion rings too. It came in one box and that was not full. For 19.50 plus 4.95 for the onion rings I got home and I had 3 small cat fish and 7 shrimp and 7 onion rings. I was not happy with the quantity of what I got. Will not go back.

We went eat last Tuesday when kids were supposed to eat free. We got charged for my sons meal even though we had 3 adult entrees. The server came to the table and didnt give her name, but instead gave a very cold and distant greeting. Was not very attentive to the table. I also find it difficult to believe this establishment allows servers to eat in the area where drinks are being served. we watched 4 different people eat behind the bar area and NOT wash their hands. We paid $21 a piece for two butterflied shrimp dinners and the shrimp look like they came out of a box. Highly disappointing for the amount of money we spent. Usually don't have a problem during day shift but night shift needs to get their act together. The difference in quality is night and day.
Our first time there , very nice place our waitress was really good, our fried shrimp on bun with Swiss cheese was so good the onion rings were so crispy & good , we enjoyed everything Thank u . .
