Its Walmart you either have a great time find everything you wanted. On the other hand they were out of your items and you never find a open register. Even though they have 50 employees running around their 30 registers

Well I to do some returns. I couldn't find my receipt. So I had seen the man before me leave with a receipt and I said can't you look it up on my debit card I am to spending the money right back her she said do you a card I said of course so she helped out a lot. Checking out totally different story . I will say if you are to deal the public at least try to smile and if you notice is already stressed out don't be rude . 1 st rule in management in retail you teach your team to be polite make customer is happy, and a rule CUSTOMER is always right . She so rude to me and my son . It happened last week also . The casher wouldn't college me and my son when I asked her several times if she was open another cashier said she's open and she went to a girl like the woman needs to check out and you open just standing here I do know the woman from a long time ago and she don't remember me but she's a good worker she doesn't even need to work but she does and she said her job..

I preferred this location over the one closer to my house because they always have more stuff in stock. Yesterday I went to return something I purchased online and I was told that customer service was closed. So I asked the lady what time do they close and she said 8:00pm. I looked at my phone and it was only 7:49pm. So I politely said that it wasn't 8:00 yet and she replied back to me saying yeah well the girl is gone for the day in a tone as if she was trying to mock me. Seems like nobody wants to work. Pretty much every time I have gone there they have lines backed up to the clothes section because of the lack of registers that they have open. If they have 2 open your lucky other than that you are having to do self checkout and God forbid you run into a problem and need an employee to come assist you. Looks like I'll be driving even further to another location.

This is one dirty Walmart. I prefer to go across town to the other Walmart when time permits. I took the photos only because the condition of cleanliness didn’t change in two weeks.

2 register's open lines down to the fitting room isles and that scan go lines were also very long.. Mother days weekend and only two registers.. really.. so I called them while I was in line. the lady that answered the phone said for me to take it up to with home office.. so I was about ask for the number and she hung up.. No customer service and no more customer from me ...

The store is clean. Service is average and products are within reach. Some items were on wrong shelves; could cause misleading prices. Each associate helped and gave accurate information.

Probably the best part of Walmart is self checkout, especially when I have about ten items or less. I go in and get what I want. Then I head to the self checkout. And, bam! I'm done. The store is clean and I can find items quickly. The staff is friendly.
