Probably the freshest salad I've ever had in a fast food setting. Chicken was warm off the grill and the lettuce was perfectly crisp. All of the food was good and we left satisfied.We watched first hand how diligent they were about cleaning - everyyyyy time a customer left a tray on the table, it was picked up and everything was sanitized in no time.

Went inside to order, and I had to wait a while for my order. I was the only customer inside the place, not to mention they got my order wrong, no fries had to ask them about the fries, and one of the burgers was all wrong. I don’t recommend anybody eat here!!! My husband and I are truck drivers and as you know, we can’t take our 18 wheeler through the drive-through so my husband went to the window and ask if they were open. They said that their drive-through is open, but the inside wasn’t. So he asked her could they accommodate him because he couldn’t bring his truck through obviously and she had an attitude acted like she didn’t want to help in anyway shape or form and was very rude. Something needs to be done about the night crew there we came around 7 PM, we aren’t from here and we will never come to eat here again wouldn’t trust them to make my food!!!!

Not a good experience at all my daughter just went threw drive thru order our food they over charged her then said oh we got no chili or unsweetened tea but can’t give you the money back charged $21 for 2 for 4. And a 4 pc kids meal .. don’t understand why it was that high they gave her cheeseburgers you couldn’t eat was so overly heated up in microwave n Dr Pepper was flat you couldn’t drink it better than that no receipt to boot so there’s that and won’t answer no phone so I can complain to manager this is the worst ever Wendy’s I do not no why they stay open when the staff don’t want to work they just want to show up to get paid It honestly needs closed down !!!

I sent my daughter to pick up food n they took my girl money then said there was not no chili or unsweetened tea n would not give out money back n they charged for stuff we didn’t order kept telling her they couldn’t give the money back so we got no money back for the food we ordered they overcharged her they didn’t give her a receipt n you couldn’t eat the burgers they gave us and the Dr Pepper was flat they won’t answer the phone so I could complain to the manager it honestly needs shut down people do t want to work there they just show up to get paid can you say lazy !!!!

I have never had such poor customer service as I got today at this Wendy's drive-through. The character of the people who work there even the ones that are in charge is horrendous! The ambience in this place is a palling! The food is terrible. It's something that I would never even feed my dogs, the food is cold it's kept on or in the warmer all day, and then fed to you, all of the vegetables, mayonnaise, etc. sauces are all hot on the sandwich! The worker at the drive-through window is so ghetto. She actually told me if I didn't want to wait and had a problem to leave and if I wouldn't, she would call the police if I had a problem, what is she calling the police for? She needs to call it on her poor customer service skills and maybe take a training course or two on how to treat her customers and also how to cook fast food properly without having all the condiments and vegetables heated up it should be fresh! This is the Wendy's on Martin Luther King Junior in Houma Louisiana. Does anyone know how I can contact the morning shift's or Wendy's head of management or supervisor and go above and beyond this woman she's obviously crazy and should leave her personal matters at home when she gets to work because I didn't deserve any of that! Thank you so much for your time and listening to me rant about this! I will never eat there again! I definitely don't recommend if I could give a 000 review I definitely would!!
