TURN AROUND AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! This place is just the worst... I don't have an extremely high bar for wendys in the first place but this location is the sloppiest, most incompetent place with a staff full of the WORST attitudes and regard for people in the slightest. On top of that, management has no regard for running out of EVERYTHING they have. I understand things happen, but EVERY FREAKING TIME. I would rather eat anywhere else in houma than deal with this place again. You should do the same!

The older lady at the drive-thru was rude—I think it was because she was busy and overwhelmed, overworked, and underpaid. The fries were dry, tasteless, and scarce. The burger was okay, definitely not worth what I paid for. The one thing I’ll remember most about my trip to this Wendy’s is that I don’t want to go back.

We didn't have to wait long to receive the food, but we received someone else's order. Thankfully we noticed before leaving the parking lot and circled around. The employees had given our food to someone else so they had to redo our order. They were very polite and cordial about the situation.

BIG WARNING DO NOT EAT HERE YOU WILL GET SICK !! I ORDERED TWO CHICKEN SANDWICHES BOTH WAS RAW . I DONT THINK THE CHICKEN WAS IN THE GREASE FOR MORE THEN TWO MINS IF THAT, AND IT WAS SO DRENCHED IN MAYO IT WAS DISGUSTING. I GO INSIDE AND ASK FOR A REFUND AND I SEE ONE OF THE WORKERS COME IN FROM SMOKING AND SHE WENT STRAIGHT TO FIXING SANDWICHES WITH NO WASHING HANDS OR NO GLOVES. THEY WERE SO RUDE BECAUSE I SPOKE ON THE FOOD AND HANDLING THE FOOD WITH NO GLOVES AND WAS TOLD TO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE IF I DIDN'T LIKE THE SERVICE. THE WHOLE STAFF NEEDS TO BE REPLACED !!

I visited this location today and there were 3 guys outside smoking cigarettes. I get my food and I automatically smell cigarette smoke on the top of my burger bun which lets me know that no one washed their hands upon either entering back into the restaurant. It should be unacceptable for them to not have a hand washing policy in place. Someone could get sick, but it’s beyond them. I threw the food away and won’t be returning. Wasted money.
