Seems like the size of my burger has shrunk but the price went up and looked nothing like the picture on the board.
I ordered 2 plain biscuits n coffee this morning before Church. got home n I had a broken biscuit with egg and bacon wasn't even on the biscuit just throw in the paper. coffee was cold. person taking orders told me it was an 8 minute wait. she took orders n she brought orders out in parking lot. don't know why it took 8 minutes, cause biscuit was not what I ordered n coffee was cold. that was $6.00 throw away. don't think I'll be going to wendy's anytime soon. very disappointed. The frosty coffee caramel one I got was amazing the number 4 chicken biscuit for breakfast amazing soft biscuit delicious juicy chicken they got a lower rating because the lady taking the orders had an attitude due to us not being able to hear her because there order box is very low I asked for hashbrowns and they kept giving me seasoned fries I dont know of they have hashbrowns or not but they didnt give them to me.

We were not impressed with this location at all! The inside was dirty could not find a clean table to sit at. We stood at the counter for a good 10 minutes waiting on someone to take our order! Ordered 2 orders of nuggets only got one and when my sister went up to the front to tell them when the lady asked the cook if she forgot our nuggets she said she sure did because they didn’t have any! They were not going to inform us but still charge us!?! We then received our order of nuggets for them to still be Frozen! Would not recommend this place!

Worst experience !!! This wendys is by far the worst in the area the workers and managers are rude. I was over charged and half of my food was missing when I requested a refund and showed the woman my bag she snatched it out of hands and told me to go somewhere else if I wasn't happy almost dropped all of my refund on the ground because she was so rude . Very unprofessional They need to be shut down !!

Very rude employee. When I asked for her name she told me to look on the receipt. She then told me she was going to refund my money because she has the right to refuse service to anyone. When I told her I was calling management she refused to give me my drink and threw it in the garbage. She then proceed to take out her cell phone and said she was calling her manager to report me. For what, I don't know. She finally gave me the food that I paid for but forgot that she threw away my drink. When I just sat in the drive through window she ask what I was waiting for. I told her my drink and she rolled her eyes then proceeded to fix another one for me. When I got home both sandwiches had mayo on them when I asked for no mayo.... Looking at the ratings on Yelp for this store it is obivous that the upper management doesn't care.. I will not be going back here..
