The atmosphere is always cool in there it feels like it's a good place to be on a Friday night. They were busy and had a lot going on but they had they were sufficient enough to get all the orders out

The general manager Coby was there and made sure my overly complicated order was PERFECT! I was nervous it would come out wrong because I understand it’s just chicken but I ordered the whole farm this time. Some how some way he still got it done. Thank Goodness for Coby!

DONT ORDER from here…let me just start by saying I love wiingstop food but the service is horrible…Every time I place an order otp and go to pick it up at the time they tell me too my food is either not done or cold…last night I called placed my order at 10:01 over the phone she stated it would be ready at 10:45 I get there at 10:44 pay for my order at 10:45 only to find when I got home that my fries were hard as a rock!!!🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️. I threw them away… I had only checked to make sure all my items were in the bag when I left. I called to complain the next morning because it was late and I was not driving back only for them to say sorry for the inconvenience…I will not be ordering again!

DO NOT GO HERE. Placed an order online at 9:20pm. Got there around the time they said order would be ready on the app which was 9:55pm. When I got there, the guy at the front said it would be 5 more minutes. Well 5 minutes turned into 40 min of me waiting. Got up and asked what the hold up was very politely and he told me that my order was never even put in the back to be made and that I would have to wait a while for them to even make it. Just unbelievable that the guy looked at me for 40 min after saying my order would be ready in FIVE MINUTES when the ticket wasn’t even put in the back to be made.

Picked up an order of 3 different flavored wings. All three orders had remnants of the feather structure on the wings.
Remind my self again why I do t eat here!!! Wait on line forever to order .. When you receive your order and it’s wrong and the manger want’s you to drive back because he can only fix it that night . Mind u already wait an hour and it’s already late because you are a working family .. If it wasn’t brought back that night there wasn’t nothing he would be able to do and this is the second time that they have missed up on the same order!!!!My family eats here once a week . I don’t eat it .There is always a issue either the fry’s are cold , the chicken is the wrong flavor or to hard to chew …tonight will be the last .. I cash in on a Credit from a previous Order that I was double charged for because no one new how to give a credit back because they are now a cash less system and the cashier was new so I was going to be humble about the situation .I’m here to let let you know they played with me and I was nice about it so imagine what they doing with your food in the kitchen .. When i gothome the tenders were burnt and had so much oil and lemon pepper they were a salty soggy mess .. The fry’s smell brunt and you could see the salt on top .. I called and reported this and I just had a conversation with the manager before I made the order about how bad their service had been … Save Your Time ,Money and Taste Buds .. Use your air fryer you can do a better job!!!Wing Stop U NEED 2 B STOPED U R SLOPPY !
