Zack's Frozen Yogurt

Brought the grandkids for ice cream and of course they love the extras but do take their time choosing. The workers were very patient and accommodating! The shop is very clean and inviting. We had a very enjoyable outing.

the food is amazing but when i asked for a milkshake she asked me for whipped cream and i said no but she continued to roll her eyes and then she gave me whipped cream and a cherry after i said no

The waffle cone cup weighed probably 10lbs because it was dipped a good 5x’s that you couldn’t even break it, and the cost was astronomical for 2 adults and 2 children with what I think may have been only one scoop of ice cream in each cup / cone. Highly disappointed and would never recommend to anyone. Children were running amuck, almost knocking into other patrons and their families with the children’s mother screaming at the top of her lungs at them. My daughter had to leave and go to the car it was so loud and chaotic. Not the Sunday outing we were looking for ?

Such an amazing atmosphere. If you’re looking somewhere to take the kids this is it. They have fun bean bag seating and toys, card games etc. They went far beyond just ice cream and it’s always good to see God represented in a business now days; such a beautiful touch. 11/10!

The atmosphere is so welcoming and peaceful. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The fro-joe is my favorite of all time. A must have for coffee enthusiasts!

Staff was friendly

staff was very rude. didn’t offer service, stood there and waited to be served and the girls just kept looking at us, whispering to each other and laughing. left with no ice cream. will not be back.
