Pricing goes by weight so keep an eye when they are scooping you're ice cream bc I didn't and my cone ended up costing $10 plenty of options here between the ice cream, yogurt, milkshakes, gelato, and sweet treats. Lots of parking. Kid friendly.

staff was very rude. didn’t offer service, stood there and waited to be served and the girls just kept looking at us, whispering to each other and laughing. left with no ice cream. will not be back.

1 star for poor customer service. It was my first time and when asked questions they told me to stare at the slide show screen, which I did and it didn't move for 5 minutes. Upon inquiring she said "oh apparently it's not a slide show screen" they told me to look at the website.I was told the milkshakes were this shop's specialty but only one flavor was available which they had no pictures of on the very website they told me to check, lol.We got ice cream which tasted like it's been melted and refroze. They didn't have at least 2 of the waffle cones on display.Also I have to add that everyone who left before us was told "have a nice day" except us...maybe cus I don't look like them ...whateverDrove 35 minutes for this, such a let down.

Location is easy to find, ample parking. When you go inside, different story... the layout is just horrible. You can't look at the choices of ice cream or the menu without blocking people that are waiting in line or looking at options. Went to get a specialty milkshake that they advertise on their website only to find out that they are only serving a Mardi Gras milkshake that is not advertised on their website and weren't sure when they'd be getting more of the other larger milkshakes. Also asked for a sprinkled waffle king cone but they were also out of it.... The ice cream was mediocre. I could've bought my own at a grocery store and it would've tasted better. Staff were not helpful nor were they friendly. Would not recommend.
