I ordered 2 Small bubble teas which are 4.99 each (9.98 +tax) DOES NOT AMOUNT TO 14.85. make it make sense PLEASE... Stop charging ppl for YOU HAVING TO SUBSTITUTE bubbles...it's NOT the CUSTOMER'S fault that YOU the MERCHANT are out of black bubbles... Donuts are not hot at 10/1030 to say they close at 2 pm. The case should still keep those donuts warm. But they cold to the touch.

It's a nice store, and the employees seem usually chill. They had good honeydew bubble tea. I've never tried the donuts, but my roommates like them. The only problem that I've really had was a bad experience with an employee who had a really condescending attitude and charged me $30 for donuts and drinks that we didn't get due to the card reader acting up or something, but I never got that money back. I'm not sure what happened, but I was told that the lady had the same uppity attitude with my roommate.

I recently went through the drive thru. And the young lady at the window Needs addressing. She is rude. I asked for a coffee with cream and egual. She asked what egual was . I explained artificial sweetner. I was given coffee and handed cream i asked for the sweetner she said sge put 5 packs. I drove off. My mistake. Thw young lady lied she put sugar in it mot sweetner. I wasbt asked how many either. I called and spoke to the manager who told me the owner was out thw country i explained and he said alright didnt even offer to replace the coffee. Never again. I contacted my card and disbuted the cost. I left the coffee there at the shop.

This place is amazing for the town of Jeanerette! With many businesses in the town of Jeanerette this is the perfect place to get breakfast for employees for a productive work day. We love when our managers walk in with Jaydens in the mornings! The plate lunches are amazing as well and I’m looking forward to having more home cooked meals in the future. The picture attached is of their blueberry cake donut!
