When ordering at night . You are being told to use drive through. I order this morning it took 30 minutes to get my food. Never have enough people to work the shifts. Almost always for out of blast.

There food it good don't get me wrong. But it took them 10 minutes to put 2 pumps of crushed ice in my cup. Mind you now i only order crushed ice but come on baby 10 minutes. The ambiance is ok. Some of the workers are rude some are noce it jusy depends on the day.

I 100% recommend this location. (Jeanerette) the crew is great, they get your order right and service comes with a smile. I drive right past the Franklin location and get my order in Jeanerette on my way to work. I hope the area manager takes note... there are some great people at this location. (Franklin sonic even screws up drinks, steer clear)
