I went in....waited 10 minutes...shouted hello twice.. someone cleaning pots in back. Another Employee outside across street talking to someone in a SUV! She watches me get in car and leave with nothing in my hands! I paid attention to make sure bell rung door as I got there and left! There was notification that I was in there!!

My wife placed an order to be picked up by her and was told it would be ready. When she arrived, the store was closed, and someone inside told her order couldn't be fulfilled due to no one showed up for shift, so they closed. Store. She was then told to come back to get her money back. NOT DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM EVER AGAIN.

Called to order because online ordering was offline, and store doesn't open until 0900. Please fix your Google hours and hours in the Subway application.

The good: This place is clean, and professional looking.The bad: A few friends and I placed internet orders separately hours ahead of the scheduled pick up time. We did this because we wanted subs for the opening of college football season. So, I go to pick up the subs at the designated time. I get there, there is no food in the internet order pickup shelf, so I join the line of 3-4 people waiting. Once I get to the the counter (after waiting a good 20 mins) I tell the employee that I was late to pick up my internet order because I had to wait in line. The employee then tells me that she hasn't even started on the orders. I put them in 3 hours ahead of time guys. I simply said, "Hey you were busy, I understand. Now that I've stood in line and I am here, you can just make them right?". To my astonishment she said "No." and instructed me to sit and wait for her to serve the rest of the walk-in customers behind me, and then she'd get to my order. Of course this was unacceptable to me. So, since she wouldn't just make it, I asked for a refund. Which was also denied. Needless to say I won't be gracing this establishment with my business anymore. I finally got the sandwiches 1 1/2 hours after my order was due to be done. Garbage, hot garbage.
Not open on time. Closed before 8pm sometimes.
