I went through the drive thru at 9:20. It clearly stated online that they were open till 10: but the rude young lady told the car in front and of me, me and the car behind me they were CLOSED. I went to the Popeye's on Veterans by Bonnabel and Homestead Avenue, they said 10 and were still open serving amazingly crispy chicken thighs.

Worst Popeyes ever service is slow chicken is not seasoned well. My last comment on his Popeyes was three years ago. I recently tried this Popeyes. This is close to my house and I will never do it again. Chicken is still on season and not fried right where is Popeyes in the city of New Orleans?
Before I provide a low review, I want to acknowledge the hard work and challenges faced by individuals in the fast food industry. It is undoubtedly a demanding field. However, it is essential to note that this should not be an excuse for delivering substandard service. Unfortunately, every time I visit this location, the service seems to be consistently slow. The presence of numerous hiring signs suggests a lack of sufficient employees, which ultimately affects the efficiency of the business. Even when I place my orders online, it still takes a long time to receive my order, often at least half an hour. I also experienced the frustration of applying to work at this location and being given the runaround. Given the opportunity, I could have been a valuable asset to the team.

Not at this location again. Spent over 30 minutes in the drive thru to end up with an incorrect order. Only had 30 minutes for lunch so couldn't go back to get order corrected. Fries were warm not hot. Customer service was awful. I watched 6 cars leave.

i ordered a spicy chicken sandwich, and it was bad. chicken dry, overcooked, very very little sauce, which added to the dryness. bun was slightly burnt. Sometimes they make a great sandwich at this location, but these days, more often than not, they are making bad sandwiches and i will not be going back.

I bought a pre cooked Cajun turkey for Thanksgiving dinner and it was very good! It was ready to be heated and there were enough pan drippings to make a quart of gravy. We had a very nice turkey dinner thanks to Popeye's.
