Popeye's in New Orleans is outstanding! But, something is vastly different in the Texas Popeye's I've been to. In New Orleans, the chicken is always, always hot, juicy and correct. The service is excellent, and the atmosphere is great! But, the franchises in the greater Austin area are quite making it!?!? The chicken is warm at the least, old, and dried out!
