I got the boom boom shrimp salad. There were a lot of shrimp, but they were lukewarm and my salad didn’t taste fresh. They gave me a large container of boom boom sauce which is a mayo mixture. It was okay, but not worth $20.

The food was terrible I ordered a salad substitute the chicken for Gatorade bites. Charged me $20.00 I am not sure that it was gator it smelled terrible husbands gumbo was terrible he said it was like soup runny no flavor to it so we sent back and will not return boudin balls were good

NOTHING AT ALL. GUMBO HAD ZERO SEASONING. WORST I HAVE EVER TRIED. IT WAS A CUP OF SOUP WITH 4 OR 5 PIECES OF SAUSAGE AND NO CHICKEN. The gumbo had no flavor, not even salt.

Food wasn’t the best, but not bad either. Services was good and the atmosphere was pretty open diner vibe, the security at the store attached kept staring at our group and I didn’t like that.

So this has to be the worst food we have had since moving to Louisiana. The shrimp salad was terrible. The poboy had rotten lettuce. 4 staff hanging out behind the counter on their phones and slow service. You can tell this place is only there to snag tourists. We should have gone elsewhere with so many other good choices.

I ordered beef and vegetable soup. When I got it, there were small bubbles all over the top of it. Tasted a little bit of it and realized it was fermented. How do they stay open?

Worst gumbo I’ve ever had. It was so watery and had nothing but shrimp and rice served on the side. Definitely not worth the money or the tip we paid the server Brittany. She was very inattentive, had to ask other servers for things we needed.
Ordered fried mushrooms, fried pickles, fried oysters and they all tasted like they were cooked in burnt grease. Spent $70 and very disappointed in what I got. Will NEVER order from them again. Can’t believe they would serve this.

I tried to call a order in and was told they could not take my order over the phone. So I went to the restaurant and stood at the counter for several minutes waiting for someone to take my order. A lady was at the counter and told us we’d have to wait for someone else to take the order. Another lady walked up and said she’d be right back to take our order-she never came back. Another customer walked up-a different worker approached her and took her order. We STILL continued to wait for several more minutes then walked out. NEVER AGAIN!! Horrible service!
