Their food has always been so delicious.?Sister Thelma? is the one that told me about Greens Cafe so I definitely enjoy having a home cooked meal & quality time with my lovely sister. I understand why she talked highly of Greens Cafe!! We always eat the lunch menu they give you two choices to choose from.? Definitely the place to eat while in Jennings or just passing thru.?”

“What a beautiful day God created! The short drive to Jennings for a ? Rocket Drive In ? burger is definitely worth it! Blast burger, HOMEMADE onion rings and a peanut butter shake??. They are super friendly and our food came out hot, fresh and pretty quick. Since it was such a pretty day, we decided to sit under the awning(outdoor seating only-no dine in). We usually get it to go or eat in the vehicle with ac. Our handmade burgers were the perfect size. Not too big to feel stuffed, just enough to be content. And the HOMEMADE onion rings ??? were lightly battered and fried to perfection. My peanut butter shake was such a treat to finish it all off. They're definitely doing more than something right and absolutely worth the drive or slight detour when passing through. Y'all go check out The Rocket Drive In in Jennings, LA. You won't be disappointed.”

“Had a get together and did a pick up to bring home and enjoy. Crawfish and shrimp were awesome. Seasoned to perfection, easy to peel and no cooking mess and still enjoy in the comfort of home and friends. Thanks Nugents. Will definitely do this again!!!! Yum!”

“This place is the gem of Jennings. I always order the Chef’s specialty rolls (the Haley’s is my favorite) the owner is so kind and the staff is always friendly! The price is fair for the excellent options. I love eating at this place! ?”

“I love the place, but it's hit or miss. Depends on when you go. I go often, but rather make the trip to Crowley.1-25-24 went right at 6pm and the pizza wasn't exactly fresh. Place was definitely clean though and made my requested pizza with the quickness. Buffets are always hit or miss during off peak hours. Still not bad though. I'll move from a 3 to a 4☆. Check out this old Sentra ??”

“We came in for dinner after driving all day. The service was great, margaritas were strong and well made. The highlight was the food. My husband had Beef fajita burritos and I had the Shrimp Diablo (probably a different name on the menu). The shrimp and the sauce were spicy and pleasant at the same time. We will stop here again on our next road trip.”

“I always enjoy the shrimp gumbo with added crab and oysters. Kevin enjoyed chicken fried steak with sweet potato fries. He asked for brown gravy & they served him a pint of it. “The Texan fajitas had 4 different kinds of meat! They were delicious with very fresh tortillas. I had too much so I brought leftovers home. “Good food, easy access, plenty of parking. We had the breakfast bowl and the breakfast sandwich. Both had perfectly cooked hash browns. Midway between Houston and New Orleans, good place for a lunch stop.”
