My absolute favorite place to get boudin!
A coworker insisted I couldn't leave town without trying the boudin here, so I finally took the advice. I ordered a smoked boudin link with a side of cracklins, and added a bowl of gumbo to round out the meal. The boudin had plenty of flavor, the cracklins were freshly cooked, and the gumbo tasted like it had been simmering all morning. It's an easy place to satisfy a craving for classic Cajun food.
