Food was okay…not awful, not great. Roux in the gumbo was thin, and everything in my seafood basket was overcooked, but had decent sized portions. The potato salad was different. The service was quick!
I saw their billboard Hwy-10. I am glad that I went to Boudin King. Family own. I had a bowl chicken and sausage gumbo, Boudin balls, and onion rings. Everything I ordered was excellent. I highly recommend to stop there for lunch or dinner

At my age I can remember when the business Boudin King was world famous for its Boudin beating out other just as famous places like "BEST STOP" Is it my imagination or is it real? It seemed when Mr. Ellis Cormier passed away it seems the famous Boudin isn't so famous anymore. I recently ordered (1 wk ago) slightly under a pound to test the Boudin to see if it indeed changed.
