We tried the Darrel’s Special and it was absolutely delicious.
Credit where credit is due! Being a crawfish farmer and crawfish restaurant owner, I can say the seafood was delicious and the staff was amazing! Great job!
Horrible unseasoned uncooked shrimp on poboy. This is not Louisiana style shrimp poboy! We had to send our food back it was not edible. Keep driving.

Based on the reviews, Boyd's Crawfish House & Grill is a spot to check out if in the area. It is a fairly small place with some booths and a bar but don't let it deceive you, they mean business. The food is authentic Louisiana crawfish and one of the most delicious meals ever. The surf and turf is still available. The Cajun Special po'boy is in the top 5 ever had. The bread alone is worth the visit—soft, fresh, and perfectly warm. The trio with crawfish, shrimp, and crab is hands down incredible. The cheesecake, get it. The hospitality blew customers away. There was a small confusion with an order but customers were treated well and everything came out alright. The atmosphere is great with music at events. Some complaints include a long food line and running out of wine. Overall, the food is flavorful, satisfying, and served with Southern hospitality.
