I’ve always had a good experience here. The workers are always friendly and my order is always correct. I’m giving atmosphere 1 star though. There was a new girl working there (Jen) and she needed some help with an order she had taken where the customer wanted to make changes to the order. She asked Mychel (WHO HAD A TRAINER BADGE ON) for some help. This woman walks over huffing and puffing, rolling her eyes and says “you’re making my job harder” in the nastiest tone. The girl looked like she was going to cry! I apologized to her for the way someone else talked to her. My jaw was on the floor. You’re a manager or trainer and that’s how you treat people? Everything in leadership trickles down! You want happy workers, it starts at the top!

I haven't been to burger king in almost 10 years , got some coupons in the mail and decided to farm some nostalgia from my younger years. Food was great but above all else the staff was very approachable and welcoming. When passing back through I will stop buy and grab another burger.

If you ever need a pick me up, Drive through the Burger King in Jennings and let Theresa take your order. She has the sweetest voice and immediately fixed our moods on our drive to Lafayette. She was happy efficient and seemed to really do well at her job in customer service. Great job, Theresa!
