Nostalgia. It hasn't changed since we've been going here as kids. Looks like the floor may have not been mopped since I was a kid too. SERVICE is lacking! I waited at counter for 12 mins while a lady tried 5 times to take a credit over the phone. She not one time acknowledged me there waiting not did anyone else come to help. There was also another person waiting.

Google says there was a lunch buffet but Ofcourse walk in and looks like it has not been used in years! Maybe y’all should update your Buisness page! We skipped Mr gattis to come to a Pizza Hut buffet and was sadly disappointed!!!!!

Store and staff are always filthy, some sort of residue sits on the top of ALL the tables! Food was picked up at room temp! Got a “credit for $25”, but when it comes down to actually using it, they only find $18.50 credit on the account?! ZERO INTEGRITY, no wonder the place is consistently empty.

First of all, I want to say that the Pizza Hut is a great product! However, the employees, in some locations, do not care about providing the greate service for costumers.
09.09.24, from 4:00 to 5:00 pm, I tried to place an order on the Pizza Hut website using my rewards, but the web did not work properly.
I went to the Pizza Hut located in Jennings, Louisiana, and asked one of the employees for help. He said that I can’t use my rewards, only can make a new order for more rewards. He placed the order and I paid. He found my account in the system using my phone number, checked my name and said that all rewards for this order would go directly to my account on the Pizza Hut website! Later at home, I checked my account and neither the order nor the rewards were there.
09.10.24 I went to Pizza Hut in Jennings again and asked to a manager for help to see my order on the website. The manager said that my order has been placed on the screen counter and not show up on my account, I will not have any rewards for this particular order. The manager, in very rude manner, started to explain me, that he is not responsible for his employees and what they doing. He said there is no help he can provide me. He even lied that my membership can not be used to earn points at any of Pizza Hut participating restaurants, he didn’t say any apologies wards to me. Very, very unprofessional and rude staff! Say, I disappointed, say nothing about this situation. And, I have to say goodbye to Pizza Hut in Jennings.
