Store and staff are always filthy, some sort of residue sits on the top of ALL the tables! Food was picked up at room temp! Got a “credit for $25”, but when it comes down to actually using it, they only find $18.50 credit on the account?! ZERO INTEGRITY, no wonder the place is consistently empty.

First of all, I want to say that the Pizza Hut is a great product! However, the employees, in some locations, do not care about providing the greate service for costumers.
09.09.24, from 4:00 to 5:00 pm, I tried to place an order on the Pizza Hut website using my rewards, but the web did not work properly.
I went to the Pizza Hut located in Jennings, Louisiana, and asked one of the employees for help. He said that I can’t use my rewards, only can make a new order for more rewards. He placed the order and I paid. He found my account in the system using my phone number, checked my name and said that all rewards for this order would go directly to my account on the Pizza Hut website! Later at home, I checked my account and neither the order nor the rewards were there.
09.10.24 I went to Pizza Hut in Jennings again and asked to a manager for help to see my order on the website. The manager said that my order has been placed on the screen counter and not show up on my account, I will not have any rewards for this particular order. The manager, in very rude manner, started to explain me, that he is not responsible for his employees and what they doing. He said there is no help he can provide me. He even lied that my membership can not be used to earn points at any of Pizza Hut participating restaurants, he didn’t say any apologies wards to me. Very, very unprofessional and rude staff! Say, I disappointed, say nothing about this situation. And, I have to say goodbye to Pizza Hut in Jennings.

I ordered a medium pepperoni pizza and an order of cheese sticks Sunday, March 24, 2024 to be delivered. The cheese sticks were amazing however the pizza wasn’t even cooked all the way. It looked absolutely disgusting. I paid $25 altogether for everything and I couldn’t even eat the main meal, the pepperoni pizza, which was utterly disappointing. All I was able to eat were the cheese sticks and that is not a meal. Especially when I was at work expecting to have something good to eat. Completely disappointing!!

We ordered 2 orders of gourmet cheese sticks: garlic parmesan and bacon pepperoni to start. The main course was a large deep dish pan Meatlovers pizza. Dessert was chocolate doughnut bites. Leftovers were boxed & taken home.
Parking: On the side of the restaurant, about 20 spaces
Kid-friendliness: Kid to go cups are plastic and reusable @ home. Kid menus are available. Book It reading program is helpful in promoting a love of reading.
Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap parking, ramp entrance, & tables with separate chairs
