Someone from Home office, food critic, or high management needs to come to this place. LATELY, the food have been way under season. It's like they do not season their breading anymore or let the chicken marinade. The taste is always bland everytime I come here.

Service was pleasant. The drive thru person told us about the specials. I ordered 4 meals total and the the way it was packaged was confusion to say the least, but the most disappointing thing was the presentation of the chicken sandwich. The wrapper was greasy and had mayo smeared all along it (inside and out). But the bun was burnt. Im not sure why they would serve this. A waste of $10.

We did not enjoy our meal at this particular location as the food items felt thrown together and over sauced. The chicken sandwich had an ungodly amount of mayonnaise that needed to be scraped off, and the wings were drowning in sauce that filled the bottom of the container. Additionally, the women's restroom had a stall with a broken door hinge that caused the door to hang crookedly. You had to lift the door with some force to get the door to close only to find that the seat of the toilet was broken.

Not friendly at all. Not sure how that can be conveyed in a 20 second interaction but it was. Go somewhere else, there's more food around. Chicken wasn't even that good.
Went through the drive through ordered the 12 peace meal when I got home I wasn’t expecting to get chicken jerky half of the chicken was over cooked really bad and very dry it must have been sitting there for a while not worth the $39.00 dollars I spent to bad I live over 30 miles from them i would have brought it back very disappointed

The staff had no courtesy and mean mugged everyone in lobby. I’ve been there numerous times and they’ve 90% of the time forgot something i had ordered. A staff member ,Olivia, was yelling at another staff member and threatened her while me and other customers were in lobby. As I said before, I’ve been numerous times and Olivia was always outside smoking a cigarette with drive through and lobby full of people too. My family members have also went and they’ve experienced the same thing.

I ordered 5 blackened tenders with my daughter boneless wings with a strawberry lemonade drink. (not the slush) The wings was half cooked and the tenders wasn’t shit at all!!! The wings we had to come back home and finish cooking in the air fryer. I couldn’t even eat my food, plus it was salty as hell!!!! Popeyes needs to do feat better!!! Yall always hiring but don’t have a decent staff!!!
