I ordered cheese sticks and they were so hard. I just threw them away and promised myself no more food from sonic.. I will just be buying the ocean water slushy! Plus the cost is kinda high! Me and my husband when he and between two of us we spent 30 bucks on two cheeseburgers two tater tots and two drinks Now that is ridiculous
Honestly the food was exceptional for the most part. The issue I had during my stop at this location was that the customer service was short, abrupt, and not good at all. When the person came over the intercom there was no welcoming nature. I was greated with Sonic what can I get you... What happened to hello welcome to Sonic this is such and such, how may I assist you today?... Be welcoming! Also when you end an order thank your customer and state that you hope they come back...
Quan is the man. Respect, humble, and deserves nothing but the best. He came out to me and talked and loved our conversation. Promote my dude. Im a customer and i wish to hear back from management. Please and thank you
