There prices are high for the quality. I ordered a breakfast sandwich and the bread was hard on one end and theere wasn't much in it more bread than anything. To pay 9-10 dollars for that was a disappointment. I also ordered a large iced drink and it looked more small medium yet they have large cups when I asked is this a large she said yes for the type of drink I got which makes no sense I'm paying that much for a large o should get the large that was definitely a small to medium.

Be careful going to the drive thru here. They are automatically adding a tip before they hand you the card machine for your payment. Got charged $1 this morning when I went thru there. And I did not consent to it.

I just went to the Starbucks in Jennings la and I pulled to the mic I asked for a grande iced white chocolate mocha NO WHIP..she told me she will meet me at the window..ok no problem..get to the window she talking to another worker comes to the window gets my card gives it back and goes back in talking back to the other worker proceeds to bring me my order that HAS WHIP.. She goes on it suppose to be NO WHIP I told her correct ...she take my drink and just dumps off the WHIP leaving the bits and pieces of WHIP in my drink..good thing I am not allergic to WHIP...sooo agitated I paid 6 dollars for a small cup at most places and didn't even have it the way I wanted it and the laziness of not just throwing that one and making a new one.. I won't be back there for a good while cause I can't stand WHIP and it wasn't a hard request...do better people....
