My daughter and I stopped here after a tournament in Eunice, looking for a quick sushi stop on the way home. The restaurant was empty when we arrived, and we ordered as soon as our drinks were brought to the table at 5:20 PM.
After 45 minutes, two tables that ordered after us received their food, while we had only received one roll. After a little over an hour, I got up and told the server I would just pay for what we had already eaten so we could get back on the road. Only then was I told, “Well, your rolls are here.”
We went back to the table, ate, and finally left at 6:45 PM.
What was supposed to be a quick stop turned into over an hour for three sushi rolls.
The sushi itself tasted old and heavily over-sauced. We had to scrape off excess sauce with a fork. It was edible and we didn’t get sick, but the quality was on par with grocery store sushi, not restaurant sushi.
Between the long wait, poor timing, and underwhelming food quality, this was a disappointing experience especially given how empty the restaurant was when we arrived.

wow. i really like this place. i usually order alacarte appetizers & sides. never am i disappointed. house tokyo soup is delicious. the onion petals (tempura style) is so filling & has a delightful crunchy texture with the very rich spicy mayo sauce on the side. it is enough for several people as an appetizer. i always get a cast iron pot of jasmine green tea. often also get a side salad (squid or octopus or seaweed). when appropriate to my schedule I enjoy a bottle of japanese beer which is very reasonably priced for an import. usually pay less than $20 for light lunch. today i noticed many nearby customers announcing that they really enjoyed their meal. my server was very very friendly & recognized me as a repeat patron. i will be back.

Sweetest customer service ! Kendal was great, made sure we had everything for not only our Togo order but also brought food out in a timely manner while we dinned in. The food was great , hot and fresh. The sushi was perfect. 11/10
