Everytime I’ve been here they’ve either forgot my food or burnt it. Today I ordered a chicken burger tell me why it came and I thought it was beef???? It was black. Not to mention a hole in the bag and the manager tells me theres nothing they can do about it. Worst Burger King ever and the manager needs to be fired. Disgraceful behaviour. The floors were all dirty and the counters had sauce smudged across? No one bothered to clean it up at all. Whole place needs to be shut down. Don’t order from here unless you like to eat coal.

False advertising on operating hours...Thursday-Saturday/ OPEN 24 HOURS.....Just came through Drive Thru after work @1:30AM and was told they were closed. Well Taco Bell Ruston here I come. Its a Shame cause I try to Spend My Tax Dollars where I WORK and LIVE!!!!!Jonesboro, Louisisana!!!!!!! This has happened on Several Occasions, so need to correct time that store is OPEN!!!!

There is a reason that there is almost never a line in the drive thru. Excellent chance of having your order messed up and a significant wait, even if there are no other people there. The staff is generally pleasant. Occasionally you may get an eye roll for interrupting their conversations by walking in the door to order. Generally a good place to skip.
