Ordered online for delivery. It took 2 HOURS for my food to be delivered. When I called & asked what the average wait time is supposed to be, they put it off as I ordered while the delivery person was already out. My spouse used to work there. They had a limit of 45 minutes to be ready & delivered. So, my 2 hour wait time is ridiculous.Do BETTER.
I wanted the cheese yellow and gooey, no browned cheese. Got it YaY. However it is the 2nd time we requested THIN CRUNCHY CRUST. We get a Thin Crust, BUT NOTHING CLOSE TO "CRUNCHY" SO FAR
This is the first Johnny's Pizza House that I've been to. I managed to get there like 5 minutes after the place opened and the food was fresh and tasted much better than I expected. Staff were friendly even though the buffet was small and the chairs were uncomfortable.
