It wasn’t even busy and they completely forgot about our mobile order. When my husband finally went inside to check, two workers/managers were yelling at each other. One proceeded to storm out and drive off while the other just stared. They didn’t even get our order right. Absolutely terrible service and completely unprofessional behavior from the workers. If I could give negative stars, I would.

I’m not one to complain, but the order is always wrong. The ice cream machine has been down for two months or more and they can be so rude. The atmosphere is always so chaotic.

Got good service from the manager, but really, everything that was a problem should have been dealt with with night shift or morning shift prep before being open today.

I waited to order for 10 mins with nobody in front of me so I called for the manager and she said she was on the camera the whole time watching but how are you on the camera while your cooking fries?

This may be the worst McDonald’s in Louisiana. I have been numerous times and it’s always the exact same experience. Tonight we waited at the drive up menu for atleast 20 minutes without them taking our order. We finally left and I’ve done that before. I do not know who owns this particular location but they need to know how awful it is.

Consistency should be at all locations however, the 2 cheeseburger meal was a disappointment. No pickle, no mustard, no ketchup. Dry as a bone. Love the Manager, she works hard but employees need to kick it up a notch. Go back to basics and learn menu so customers are not disappointed.
Fries were over cooked also.

What’s the point of the mobile app? You order food 25 mins before you arrive to pick it up and you still sit for 15+ minutes… Nice!
