It wasn’t even busy and they completely forgot about our mobile order. When my husband finally went inside to check, two workers/managers were yelling at each other. One proceeded to storm out and drive off while the other just stared. They didn’t even get our order right. Absolutely terrible service and completely unprofessional behavior from the workers. If I could give negative stars, I would.

This may be the worst McDonald’s in Louisiana. I have been numerous times and it’s always the exact same experience. Tonight we waited at the drive up menu for atleast 20 minutes without them taking our order. We finally left and I’ve done that before. I do not know who owns this particular location but they need to know how awful it is.

Consistency should be at all locations however, the 2 cheeseburger meal was a disappointment. No pickle, no mustard, no ketchup. Dry as a bone. Love the Manager, she works hard but employees need to kick it up a notch. Go back to basics and learn menu so customers are not disappointed. Fries were over cooked also.
