I waited to order for 10 mins with nobody in front of me so I called for the manager and she said she was on the camera the whole time watching but how are you on the camera while your cooking fries?

This may be the worst McDonald’s in Louisiana. I have been numerous times and it’s always the exact same experience. Tonight we waited at the drive up menu for atleast 20 minutes without them taking our order. We finally left and I’ve done that before. I do not know who owns this particular location but they need to know how awful it is.

Consistency should be at all locations however, the 2 cheeseburger meal was a disappointment. No pickle, no mustard, no ketchup. Dry as a bone. Love the Manager, she works hard but employees need to kick it up a notch. Go back to basics and learn menu so customers are not disappointed. Fries were over cooked also.

What’s the point of the mobile app? You order food 25 mins before you arrive to pick it up and you still sit for 15+ minutes… Nice!

The styling was up-to-date the employees were very respectful and professional and the food was the food and service was very quick and was five stars I would eat there again and again and again
Parking: There was parking spots all around the building there was adequate parking there even during rush hour I don't expect you to not have any parking to this McDonald's
Wheelchair accessibility: It had adequate wheelchair accessibility and they were pretty close to the front counter and the bathrooms had wheelchair accessibility as well

You have 4 people sitting on the clock to my understanding. One with a headset saying no one is coming thru drive thru yet. Tables are nasty. When we came in I asked for a towel to wipe a table where my family and I could sit down. She came wiped where we were going to sit. Had to ask for straws. Place nasty and workers just laying back like it's nothing but these people want $15 a hour. Do better McDonald's

They were all nice & were trying but if it weren't for impatient husband & kids in car I would have gotten my $ back after ordering. Everytime I guy pulled out buns he'd place em up against his shirt. Another guy placing fries in bag no gloves. My meat on burger was so dry didn't even taste like a mcdouble. Noone working barely acknowledging front desk. Gave me empty cups knowing the ice machine out front didn't work. Front was fairly clean/remodeled.
