I swear to good these people don’t know how to count to 5. If I have to turn around and go inside and ask for 4 bbq sauces one more time for my mcnuggets that I had in the mobile order so help me God. Then have the nerve to make me pay for it. TS PMO

The manager was wearing flip flops in the back of house, don’t have smoothies and didn’t notify until we had paid for it, made my caramel macchiato wrong ordered a large got a small and when i asked for it to be remade, they just poured the small into a large cup and replaced the remainder with creamer. It was disgusting. Staff/Manager was also talking bad about customers saying, “I can’t fix stupid” Other customers were more friendly than staff. I will never return to this location. If i could give -10 stars i would.

This workers was Working front, fryer, and drive thru ALONE! PLEASE INCREASE HER PAY GRADE CAUSE MANAGER OR NOT...THIS WAS ACCESSIVE FOR ME AS A SERVER!!! People walked out...This was sad BUT she still had a smile! Bless her ABUNDANTLY 10/23/25 7:13 A.M SHE WAS THERE...I didnt get her name though!

Food was fresh even 30 minutes to close. Very crispy fries and nuggets. The workers on duty were kind and got us through the line quickly. They deserve a raise. Good job Mackers.

I'm new to this state, and this has been an awesome McDonald's to find in my new little town.

Food is always delicious, and the workers always go out of their way to make sure I have a great meal! If something is out due to high demand, they improvise in such kind ways that show they care. Everyone is always very friendly here, too.

It wasn’t even busy and they completely forgot about our mobile order. When my husband finally went inside to check, two workers/managers were yelling at each other. One proceeded to storm out and drive off while the other just stared. They didn’t even get our order right. Absolutely terrible service and completely unprofessional behavior from the workers. If I could give negative stars, I would.

I’m not one to complain, but the order is always wrong. The ice cream machine has been down for two months or more and they can be so rude. The atmosphere is always so chaotic.

I waited to order for 10 mins with nobody in front of me so I called for the manager and she said she was on the camera the whole time watching but how are you on the camera while your cooking fries?

This may be the worst McDonald’s in Louisiana. I have been numerous times and it’s always the exact same experience. Tonight we waited at the drive up menu for atleast 20 minutes without them taking our order. We finally left and I’ve done that before. I do not know who owns this particular location but they need to know how awful it is.
