I’m not sure what happened. But their burgers now pale in comparison to what they once were
Recently they have been doing a great job here. The young lady that waited on me was the same each time and she was friendly and efficient.
Just got done eating here tonight with my family. A guy named Jason has been running orders for the last 30 minutes I have been sitting here eating in my truck. While I clearly see others in there looking at there cell phones. The parking lot was full as well. Jason deserves a raise or at least to be recognized for his hard worked.

I dont know what yall got going on but yall need to stop serving people raw food. Got a bacon garlic burger and the bacon is raw. Took one bite now its going to the trash. If i could attach a picture i would but i dont see the option.

This is the 5th time Sonic in Jonesboro Louisiana sends a slimy sauce burger out and it wasn't even fresh or hot. The bun is soggy its nasty.
Owner is not fixing issues apparently doesn't care leaves cryptic sorry messages and No attempt to rectify the problem. Shame on you all!

Placed a mobile order. Arrived and checked in. We waited 25 minutes before pressing the red button to ask about our order. “You have to check in” … we already did. Yes, we could have checked sooner but I was giving the benefit of the doubt. Now our ice creams are melted. The fries are cold. The burgers were warm thankfully.
I understand how the mobile app works. I don’t appreciate how I was treated like I was stupid. A simple “I’m sorry about that. I’ll check into that (even if you don’t) and let someone know” or a “let me ask for a new sundae and shake for you” would have went a long ways. Customer service is definitely not a strong suit with this location.
Here’s proof that I checked in when you told me three times that I did not :,) Lesson learned at this location. The mobile app is a waste of time.

A guy name Christopher rocks he is the only person that brings drinks in a holder and he is super nice and Mr Derrick is so very nice I feel like he works 24/7

they gave us the wrong order, forgot the ranch, food was cold, didn’t even let us finish the order so we ended up just going to mcdonald’s to get the person the forgot order. food was nasty and the dude was obviously high. worst sonic i’ve ever been to.
