I never leave reviews but as I sit here on my bathroom floor at 2a.m. I feel obligated to let people know. Around 6pm on 9/21 I stopped to get a sandwich on my way home from the lake. 6” Ultimate BMT on white & one of those new Pizza rolls (gross btw). The person making my sandwich appeared to be totally unprepared, I assumed she was new so I gave her the benefit of the doubt. Once she got the first steps of my sandwich prepped, she handed it off to a guy who I watch walk from the back of the restaurant tucking his shirt in. He proceeded to sloppily put lettuce, bell pepper, onion & mayo on my sandwich. When he opened the veggies I noticed they looked a little wilted but the bin was full so I assumed it was a relatively fresh. I paid & went on my way, eating the sandwich while on the road talking with my friend on the phone. I even mentioned to her that I had an uneasy feeling about my subway after watching it be prepared so haphazardly with questionable ingredients & employees. Well around 1:30am I woke up with cold sweats, bubbling stomach and my mouth producing massive amounts of saliva. I knew it was coming! When I made it to the bathroom, I wasn’t sure which end it was going to come out of first. Luckily I was able to contain everything to the toilet. I am feeling a little better now that I have purged EVERYTHING from my body from both ends... As I sit here on my bathroom floor contemplating the whole experience I am able to find 1 positive in all of this. I am reminded of how important it is to trust your instincts. If it doesn’t look for feel right, just walk away… Long story short, I will never eat at this subway or any other subway for that matter after this experience. You can do what you want, but I HIGHLY recommend you avoid this specific subway in Jonseboro, LA unless you enjoy food poisoning.

Highly disappointed and dissatisfied. At the time of this writing the condition of this Subway is horrible. They lacked many of my online orders and I had to change out items in store. The lady making my sandwich was unhygienic with short hair that needed a hairnet, and visible freshly scabbed home-done tattoos that needed to be covered. None of the employees changed gloves the entire time I was there, and they cycled through two orders prior to mine. The knife the scruffy hairnet-less man used to cut and fold my sandwich was also cycled between customers without even a wipe off. The scruffy hairnet-less man also used the kiosk screen with his gloves on and probably (I wasn’t on alert initially) probably accepted money and distributed change with the same gloves on that he tops and folds the sandwiches with. They were low on pickles so he reached into a cabinet and pulled a metal food serve container and put a few handfuls of newer line pickles on top of the older pickles that were at the bottom of the line. Sad to see people working in the food service industry that don’t seem to have good food service sense. I worked in food service through most of my 20’s as a cook and I was always proud to serve delicious meals prepared with care, cleanliness, and speed. I hope things change at this Subway before someone ends up sick.

Service was good but the office in Shreveport keep the thermostat on 75 so you can’t go in and sit down and enjoy your meal without melting. It’s upper 90 to 100 degrees and with heat index probably close to 110 outside and it’s feels hotter in subway than it does outside.
Kid-friendliness: If it wasn’t hot as hell inside the store it would probably be pretty good
Worst service ever!!! They were out of several ingredients before lunch and I got very severe food poisoning from the food.

Subway in Jonesboro, La. SUCKS. Tried to call and order 6 C/C cookies. Was told to use website. Website would not take my address. Drove to store and they had no cookies at all and didn’t seem to interested to make any. Done with Aibway.
