I usually go to the one on vets but too often not satisfied burgers are either half raw or burnt so decided to try this one and I must say the wait staff and atmosphere are a huge difference everything came out perfect

Order food but was told after sitting for over 30 minutes that it got lost in the kitchen...smh...asked for my check and told them forget. The manager came over and was very nice. He fixed the issue and we received our food in a timely matter. The person waiting on us was new and the manager took full responsibility. The waiter was nice, but I could tell he was new. After that I provided grace to the new employee and still gave him a decent tip. Thanks again for making an unhappy customer a happy customer. The the owner that answered me. I didn't have my receipt. The issues was taken care of. Thank you for caring.

Single guy at 3:00 in the day act like he didn't want to take my order well I did place the order which was fine they had a guy I was in training he did the right thing the young lady who was training him kept staring at me like I did something wrong

Went to the Kenner location last night with my son and grandson. The service was good as well as the atmosphere. However I ordered the chicken tender basket. I regret not saying something while I was there. When I received my entree I was disappointed with the tenders. They were small, about the size of fish sticks and looked like fish sticks. The breading came off when I cut into them. They were not at all as good to my eye or taste as usual. Hope this gets to the proper people. This is the first time in a long time I’ve been disappointed. The other dishes were fine.

Applebees is not at all the same. I did not enjoy it at all. The wontons were horrible the ribs were very dry and not tasty at all not all what I expected it to be. The drink was very sour. I sooo disappointed in my once favorite neighborhood Applebees.

Applebee’s delivered a 5-star experience with their sampler appetizers (spinach dip is always delicious), perfectly cooked shrimp and parmesan cheese steak cooked to the correct temperature, and indulgent triple chocolate meltdown dessert. The double-loaded mashed potatoes were filling. I left completely satisfied and stuffed! The service at Applebee’s was top-notch! The staff was attentive, friendly, and ensured that every part of the meal was enjoyable. They made the dining experience even better. The atmosphere at Applebee’s is warm and inviting, perfect for a casual meal. The decor is cozy with a friendly vibe, making it a great spot to relax and enjoy good food and drinks. Clean and decent food. Better than veterans applebees which is a dumpsterfire. Beer is a bit expensive here but salad portions are above industry standard and large. Decent price here for food. I recommend.
