Service good but very slow. We ordered 2 bourbon street burgers and mozzarella sticks. Mozzarella sticks came with no marinara sauce and too wait 10 mins for it. 1 burger was right the other was not. We already waited so long for it already. Then had to wait even longer for the server to just to come out to tell me they made it wrong again. I told her to keep it!!!! I'm so damn pissed off. Can't even get a burger right. No they didn't charge me for it. We came here just to have one. Needless to say I'll cook my own. They sure quick to take your money.😡🤬😡🤬 we won't be back

I usually go to the one on vets but too often not satisfied burgers are either half raw or burnt so decided to try this one and I must say the wait staff and atmosphere are a huge difference everything came out perfect

Order food but was told after sitting for over 30 minutes that it got lost in the kitchen...smh...asked for my check and told them forget. The manager came over and was very nice. He fixed the issue and we received our food in a timely matter. The person waiting on us was new and the manager took full responsibility. The waiter was nice, but I could tell he was new. After that I provided grace to the new employee and still gave him a decent tip. Thanks again for making an unhappy customer a happy customer. The the owner that answered me. I didn't have my receipt. The issues was taken care of. Thank you for caring.

Went to the West esplanade Applebee's restaurant how to remake order done the food came out better had a bad way better experience and our server she was amazing I'm glad I gave it another try
Single guy at 3:00 in the day act like he didn't want to take my order well I did place the order which was fine they had a guy I was in training he did the right thing the young lady who was training him kept staring at me like I did something wrong

Went to the Kenner location last night with my son and grandson. The service was good as well as the atmosphere. However I ordered the chicken tender basket. I regret not saying something while I was there. When I received my entree I was disappointed with the tenders. They were small, about the size of fish sticks and looked like fish sticks. The breading came off when I cut into them. They were not at all as good to my eye or taste as usual. Hope this gets to the proper people. This is the first time in a long time I’ve been disappointed. The other dishes were fine.
