The ice cream at this store is better than the one on Veterans and Houma, which always has ice crystals in it. This one is rich and creamy. The staff were friendly and courteous.

Ice cream is good just ice cream. Lol but I had an interesting experience. I asked the guy behind the counter to add caramel to my ice cream and he said no sorry I can't it would me too messy. Lol I cannot make this up. Never again.

The owner and his employees were incredibly helpful when I ordered an ice cream cake for a birthday. Alyssa and Chris were pretty amazing when I picked it up. Needless to say, the birthday boy loved the cake! Thank you to all of the employees at the Kenner location!!

workers stared at me while I ordered and didn’t respond after I gave them my order and walked away. Then I had to ask another worker to tell the girl to take off the cherry. She didn’t. AND DIDNT ASK FOR toppings. Which they usually do when I go here. Then said sorry in a sassy way. Besides her. The other workers seemed pleasant and friendly!

They did an amazing job on the cake for my sister's gender reveal! The parents-to-be were happy with how it turned out and a full sheet cake was more than enough to feed the about 25 guests at the party. The customer service at pick up and over the phone was great as well ? (The melting in the pics was due to the 91 degree day.)

I was hesitant about what ice cream flavor I want. Because I never been to a basket robins before. The employee was kind and asked if I wanted to sample. I was so excited, their cotton candy ice cream is the best.
Thank you to the employees for being so nice. We appreciate the beautiful ice cream cake. It was cookies and cream. Super delicious. All we did was add a cake topper.I’m looking for a reason to order another cake. Loved it.

Ordered a polar pizza for my husband’s birthday. The cookie was round and they barely put a 5 inch square of ice cream on top. Taste was good but only had about half amount of ice cream.

Have to update my rating to 1 star ?after the pandemic the customer service went down they deny service just because my 19 month old don't want to keep his mask on so... I went to "La Michoacana" in kenner and they have more than 31 flavors...
