Everything was great. The BBQ shrimp was outstanding. Peeling the shrimp was very messy, which was expected. They have the absolute worst napkins to clean yourself up with tho. After each piece of shrimp, I had to use 3 or more napkins just to barely clean my hands.

The napkins were really my only complaint.

I may be a little biased because this is the first seafood place I went to in NOLA. But, this place left a very good impression on me with their super flavorful crawfish boils and their vibrant murals of New Orleans culture. The server was a little out of it but I think it was because I went near the end of the day, so I don’t blame her.

I ordered a simple fried shrimp basket that came with fries and hush puppies. Simple casual fare, right. It all tasted like a master chef prepared it. Best hush puppies I've eaten in my entire 64 years. They were the star but the shrimp was so lightly battered, tender and seasoned. I was amazed. The fries were so tasty, moist and tender. I could eat this here every day.
