I brought my girlfriend there because she'd never tried boba tea. It tasted incredible. It took a bit long to prep the drink, but if the quality is as good as the drinks we got, it's worth the wait

It really wasn't that great of a boba tea to be honest as it just tasted like a plain milkshake. The fact that it took almost 20 minutes to make was outrageous too, The service was so-so as well with limited options on the menu. Honestly the atmosphere is doing the heavy lifting. It seems like a nice place to chill,its just that the product is subpar

They were cleaning on opening hours with all tables and chairs all over the place. Boba was hard and not cooked through. I ordered a taro milk tea and tasted like powder, very heavy. Miss how it used to be, wasn't like this.

It’s our all-time favorite Boba place, but the employee today was very rude . Please bring back the old employees. This new girl is very rude. It started raining. The store had 40 more minutes to close, but she didn’t take our order even though we were the only last people there she just bluntly sent us back home saying that I’m not taking any more orders.

Rudest customer service, when I asked for advice on any coffee boba, she was upset that she was helping me and was rude. Not to mention this place has gone downhill it’s dirty and not clean like it use to be. I’ll never waste my money here again.

Love coming to Boba Boba in Kenner to get my amazing drinks. The owners are very nice and I take my time to enjoy my favorite drinks with my girls and play some of the games they offer. If you want to sit and relax to enjoy your Boba this is definitely the spot ❤️ Been a customer for a while now and I look forward to this place so I can just sit and relax no rushing . Typically enjoy this place a lot but as of yesterday 2/7/23 my husband and 1 arrived out front at 6:30pm closing time states 7pm as we walked to open the door the door was locked as one of the workers made eye contact with us and turned to walk away to finish cleaning . Highly disappointed! I understand locking up 10-15 minutes early but 30 minutes is completely outrageous
