Bubbie's Snoballs & Ice Cream

This hidden gem off Loyola in Kenner is a great spot for ice cream and snowballs. We stopped by on a Sunday afternoon and were pleasantly surprised by the wide variety of flavors available. The service was excellent—no wait, and the staff quickly whipped up our delicious custom shakes!

Great snoball place! They have a few tables with checkers which my kids love, clean bathrooms and tons of choices!We have had an array of snoball flavors, milkshakes, sundaes and a banana split and all have been great. Staff is always helpful and sweetUpdate: I just wanted to say how truly sweet the owner is. She ALWAYS pays attention to the kids and talks to them. It gives them a great little confidence boost to be seen/heard by other adults. We really appreciate her!

Had a soft service ice cream and is was more watery like ice milk. The waffle cone had no flavor. Very disappointing treat. Maybe the snow balls are better, but I cannot recommend the soft serve ice cream at

Great soft serve and nachos! Also, customer service was awesome. I didn't get the guys name but it was a Tuesday afternoon when my daughter and I went... he even wrapped up our nachos and put our ice cream in cups with lids, since we were taking it to go! Love this place!

My family has frequent this place for years. Love the atmosphere and friendly service. The prices are a bit high considering the place down the street is cheaper with larger cups, but Bubbies has a larger selection to choose from and takes more than just cash.

Worst snowball ever it’s like they don’t wanna serve black people every time I come here I get a watery snowball no ice I also pay extra for ice cream to have no ice cream why is all the white people get a full stuff snowball it a cone on top it never fails with this place it’s gotten worst they don’t speak when you walk in so disrespectful and disgusting

Decided to stop in on a whim and tried a Chantilly snowball; it was DELICIOUS. It was a nice break from plain or ice cream stuffed options and the fruit made me feel a little less guilty. Would recommend.

I don't think the guy working there knows how to take orders, i ordered a peanutbutter malt and got a cup half full of m&ms covered in vanilla icecream. Very odd. Cannot recommend.
