The hamburger I ordered had a very strange taste, and very few fries, the coke had a lot of water and no other drinks, the wait wasn't long it wasn't too bad.

Service is absolutely horrendous. I stood at the counter for 5 minutes being completely ignored by the lady with a chest tattoo and lip ring. I greeted her saying “good morning ma’am” when I walked up. She never even looked up at me. So much for getting breakfast. And as I’m typing this in my car, another customer just walked out shaking his head saying “they’re not even ready”. This is ridiculous. Get better management.

I'm door dash driver and I went here at 7 am lobby closed but doors unlocked employee was very rude and unprofessional about it then went and sat in drive thru for 30 mins waiting on the food for the lady to tell me I need to come inside to get my door dash order.
I ordered a meal bundle on door dash that was suppose to come with 2 sandwichs 2 fries and a 8 piece chicken nugget. I also added a 2nd 8 piece. When my order arrive all they had was 1 chicken sandwich and 2 fries in the bag. Can you please hire some folks that can read and not idiots who forget 3 whole dishes from my order.

Am going to stop wasting time trying to buy food here. The last 4-5 times the lobby is locked when the posted hours say they are open, even though the workers are sitting in the dining area eating an socializing. Sit at drive through for 10-15 minutes to order at night and get no response . When drive past lobby area to leave, the worker is sitting in lobby reading a book. Tried to buy breakfast at 10:15 one morning but was informed they stop serving breakfast at 10 am but I can't order anything for lunch until 11 am, which I watch the staff dumping all the leftover breakfast items in the trash rather than offer to sell me anything. Can't find phone number for franchise owner to contact them and never able to speak with manager on rare occasions I can actually find anyone working!
