Legit worst BK I don’t understand how it can be that bad I never get what I order and the food is always cold….i actually gave half of the ice cold whopper patty to my dog that’s how gross this location is. Don’t even get me started on how “pleasant” they are.

Waited over 15 minutes for someone to take my order and no one ever acknowledged me. I said “hello” several times at the intercom with no response, then pulled up to the window and was ignored there too. There was also a full line of cars behind me waiting. Terrible service — no one seemed to care or be paying attention.

Arrived at 11:50pm(they close today at 1am) and was told in a rude tone “We don’t have burgers only ckicken and fries!”. I mean… it’s BURGER King not Popeyes… How do they not have Burgers… I’ve been to many Burger King’s throughout the USA and NEVER have been told they did not have burgers… Seems like the employees are just lazy and don’t want to do their job. HORRIBLE experience at this location. Don’t recommend anyone going here…

This Place Needs to Be shut down immediately! Managers are Rude and Lazy, Smells of sewage Rats and Roaches, always Smokey in the inside. Something is not right seem like someone is getting over collecting a free check

My Texas double whopper was cold and soggy my sandwich and my girlfriend didn't have the bacon required because I had my first Texas double at the same place and it was so good I bragged about how good it was they had staff on September 29 ,2025 at around 10:30 that had zero attention to quality of food or customer care I'm not coming back to the Esplanade Burger King for at least a very long time I'll go to Wendy's

Restaurant in decline. Unmotivated employees provide poor service. The establishment has no air conditioning, the drink machine is broken, and we were given drinks that were only served once. There's no vending machine, no refills. They got the order wrong. Terrible situation.

I would give you ZERO Stars if it allowed it. I’ve been ordering the exact same Whopper with Cheese—no lettuce, no tomatoes—for over 40 years. What I got this time was a Whopper Jr. fully dressed, completely wrong. I understand orders get mixed up it's how you staff reacted like it was MY FAULT.
The patty I did receive (See Photos) looked like it had been sitting in a warmer for hours—burnt edges, dry as cardboard. I thought these were supposed to be cooked fresh? Clearly not here.
The order taker got it wrong, the dining room was nearly empty, no line in the drive-thru, yet it still took 14 minutes to hand me the wrong order.
This is exactly why Burger King keeps falling behind. If Chick-fil-A served burgers, you and McDonald’s wouldn’t stand a chance.
