10 minutes before they took my order...than another 15 minutes before I got my order...seems like they are more concerned about drive thru orders...

Almost every time I go I wait at the counter for atleast 20 minutes before someone takes my order..if they ever come at all.then if I'm lucky to have my order taken, it usually takes another 20 minutes to get my food. Which ends up being old and barely edible. Today was the last time I'm wasting my time going there. There's a mcdonalds literally a block away and I'm on my way there now.

I had a really disappointing experience at this Burger King. I redeemed points in the app for two cookies, but the employee only gave me one. When I calmly explained that the reward was for two cookies, they argued with me instead of fixing the issue. On top of that, the staff was rude and completely ignored my complaint at the drive-thru window.
I try to be patient in these situations, but this level of customer service was unacceptable. It was frustrating, especially since I was polite the entire time. Definitely not what I expected from a Burger King.

Made an order in drive thru about 6pm came to window. Drive thru window was open when I pulled up employee left window with a soda in his hands. Someone else came to window when she noticed my car window was down and I was holding out my card to pay she closed the drive thru window. I waited in line for about 10 minutes and left. Assuming they were switching register out for next shift but not sure because I was never acknowledged. Can’t call them rude because again I was never acknowledged. Trying to be descriptive so manager/owner will hopefully review surveillance. Can’t imagine this location staying in business if this continues

absolutely disappointing. i ordered a few icecreams and 2 beverages, not only did it take more than 10 minutes for the beverages alone but there was an old man staring and making weird remarks to me and my younger sister. The workers saw, did nothing. This should not be normalized!

This has got to be the must unorganized burger ever !! We had a mobile order the guy made us wait 5 minutes before he came on the mic , we pull up he on the his cell phone ! Never came to the window , he comes to the window with bags order is wrong still on the cell phone this has got to be the most ridiculous fast food ever!!
