Terrible service, non english speaking clown in the drive in, terrible beignets heavy thick dough you cant even eat, total waste of my time and money, will never be back here for sure, i hope the french quarter location has not got this bad

cold and not cooked all the way very dense and doughie not like the ones in the French quarter they are suppose to be fluffy and crisp the powder sugar was clumpy and didnt even stick to them

I went to williams Cafe Du Monde and the hispanic ladies were complaining about my kids saying that i needed to educate them only because they touched one tray and the were complaining about everything that happens to them at work and being loud about it. The cashier was playing like she could not understand my husband beacuse he said in spanish un cafe negro and she kept saying a black coffee with a smirk on her face. Please talk your staff. Or just hire people are capable of handling things right

On a business trip to Louisiana, I had to try a Beignet for the first time. It was pretty good. I would recommend it and would try a Beignet again

So disappointed in this location! I've been to other locations, and even this location before. They were all heavenly. I was so excited to get this treat on our vacation.

When the uninterested staff took my order, I was very disappointed when they reached into a container of pre-cooked beignets and topped them with powdered sugar. They were room temp at best and tough. We bought 3 orders and tossed 2 of them in the trash.

We always try to go here when we are in New Orleans. Last weekend we took my niece for her first visit and she left her purse that was filled with all of her makeup. She was so upset because we are 5 hours away and she was starting school this week. I called the next morning and they located the bag and overnighted it to us! What a blessing! That is great customer service.
