Honestly very disappointed with the Service here on multiple occasions I have came and ordered food through the drive-through or the mobile app and every time that I leave my Order is missing an item. yes I should probably check before pulling off but they should not be handing out bags that aren’t ready. and it is so frustrating to have to go back and tell someone you forgot my sandwich

This place was very close to the hotel I was staying so I stop by for a bite, food was ok, service 💯 as they were very polite and attentive, they have an area were kids can play, you can also pickup in your vehicle the food

Mobile driv thru need signs bc a lady was placing order in mobile pickup , as mine was already ready to scan while she was still placing order not ready to scan need to clarifications of “if not ready don’t jump in the fast lane ! Had to wait 10 mins befre she even scanned and drove around ! Also food took a good 30 mins !and nobody but me and this crazy lady was there

U love chick filets food, friendly personal, & atmosphere. Everyone goes above & beyond to help. As I was seated one young lady went to get extra condiments for me. & refused a tip .
My experience at the Kenner location was less than great. My bottom bun was cold and hard. And my chicken was barely Luke warm. Please do better. I did have 3 other people with me who had no complaints...but of course they weren't paying for this meal. I was.
Hashbrowns were cold and soggy. They wouldn’t let me get extra honey butter on my chicken minis and they are dry

There were issues with the order. I had to go back in a get stuff that was left off. The workers keyed in our order incorrectly and they didn’t fill our drinks up all the way.
