Terrible experience. I asked about a grill chicken sandwich that came with bacon but I didn’t remember the name of it. The cashier rung me up for a Sandwich that was grilled w/ bacon but it was not the same sandwich i had before. I wasn’t informed that the bread was whole grain/ wheat. I asked do pickles come on the sandwich cashier said yes… NO PICKLES on my sandwich! My sandwich was also COLD. Waste of money I just threw the food away. Waiting in line for cold food is insane…

I ordered a Cobb salad with No tomatoes. I was told they wasn't making any specialty salads. Talk to the manager and she said Yes we can, but the person on the headset insisted that they COULDN'T. The manager said she would make it herself.

If you’re going to operate the drive through the way you do, you seriously need to become more efficient. Every time I come the line of backed up on to veterans causing traffic jams. I stopped this morning for break o had to leave out of line or I would be late to work. I sat there for ten minutes with out moving, while they were letting other cars cut the line.

I really wish I get more value for what I pay. The bowl they gave me barely had any eggs in it. Every time I go they give me less and less quantity of food without bringing the price down . I will start going elsewhere. Burrito barely had any egg in it.

Just a reminder to all that read a review of an establishment. Please take in concideration how many exactly reviews this person's that's complaining has done. I'm an avid reviewer and to post a review regarding an establishment that I visited recently weather it was positive or negative review. This establishment located in Kenner La on Veterans is by far the best location I have visited! Believe me if there's a line of cars waiting on Veterans to enter this location...this location is really doing something right! From placing my order which I had to speak into the speaker phone because this morning was in the 30degrees which I'm very impressed by the way Chick FIL A has there staff member taking orders from the inside. Ms.Tamia helped me with my order than I was greeted by Mr.George that was standing outside to greet everybody including myself. Mr.George is very professional and a people person which I definitely felt like family. Ms.Rachel was also very professional and helpful. This location is the one you should be checking out. I highly recommend this location to all my family and friends. Mr.George & Ms.Rachel & Ms. Tamia deserves a raise.

Really not a fan but this last visit was it. The order was wrong the girl at drive thru said I'll be right back never came back just look at me and kept serving the other cars. The sandwich was soggy definitely not going back ....

Stopped here yesterday around 3pm By 8pm I was nauseous vomiting 🤢 and shitting at the same time. Did anyone else get sick from here ? Only thing I ate all day.
