Very bad place there are people taking drugs in the bathroom

I came here with my girlfriend today because this used to be her favorite spot and I wanted to finally try it. When we walked in and sat at our table, our server greeted us and we put in our food. The food was phenomenal and we enjoyed every last bite; however, we were unsatisfied with the tortilla soup. When we tried to send it back and get it taken off the bill the waitress refused and said we were unable to do that. After waiting ten long minutes for her to return, my girlfriend decided to get her attention and ask for a Togo box for our tacos. The waitress brings the check with her and I instantly see the tortilla soup is the first thing on the ticket. I ask her again to remove it because we did not like it and we only took one bite from it. She walked away to talk to the manager and came back and said “sorry we can’t it’s not my rules” and I am appalled to say the least. I work in the service industry and I would never think to do such a thing. Making guests pay for food they are unsatisfied with is insane and morally wrong!

The food was good, except that we ordered a meal without adding anything and they brought it with that added thing that we didn't want, we asked for the dish to be changed and they brought us the same dish, the woman who served us was reluctant.?

Atmosphere was great! Food was amazing! Very big portions on the combination menu! Waiters were very nice and friendly and made you feel cozy. Definitely a big recommend!

Vegetarian options: There's alot of menu items that are vegetarian friendly!

We were there on Taco Tuesday.
Restaurant temp was very warm!!
They wouldn't adjust the temperature in the dining area. We had 10 in our group and everyone was hot.
Tacos were good for $1.49 each
Ordered a frozen margarita which was all blended ice. No lime or tequila taste. All water!!
Told server and got replaced with on the rocks which was much better.
Wouldn't recommend this place.
Very limited parking but free valet parking.

I ordered asada and pastor tacos, but neither had flavor. And they had recommended the place to me because the food there tastes good.

The food is delicious, a good variety of sea and land foods, cold beer, little variety at the bar, only tequila and whiskey.

Parking: It is small and fills up easily in a few hours.

I LOVE THIS PLACE. The food is so great granted I have only had the tacos, rice and margarita.( Dine in, and delivery)I get so excited about the vegetarian tacos. The green sauce is my favorite but the red isn't bad. I also love that even when I got a server once who didn't speak English well her coworker supported her and really affordable. The margarita is a little creeper. I just wish they had sauce options when ordering delivery so I could get extra sauce that I chooses. I will absolutely continue to go.

Today at noon I went to eat with my family, the waitress who served us, from the beginning with a very bad attitude, as if we were her enemies, we finished eating, and she never returned to the table, we needed more drinks for our children , she passed by the table where we were many times and didn't even look at us, we had to call another waitress who was very kind and ask who the person was who was serving us, she told us it was another girl, we asked her the bill and came back again to leave the bill, we waited longer and they never came back for the bill. My husband had to get up to the cashier to pay. The waitress gave my husband a very bad attitude when he was paying the bill, the food was very delicious

I like the restaurant, the food is good , personally I don't find the food hot but the plate is , but it's possible that's because it's the way this food is served being " Hispanic " , it's not american food with the a Mexican twist . One of the issues i have is they dont have photos of the food youll get , so you dont know what it will be and or look like untill you are served . The waitresses are very nice , but many have a hard time with English but try hard to do a great job in understanding you and if not , there is somethere to make sure you get what your looking for .it's a nice size restaurant but not huge and they have a nice bar , they have tvs going but they are on Spanish channels so unless you know Spanish, we'll. The bathroom is only big enough for one person at a time but they do have a separate bathroom for each sex .the restaurant is geared to the Hispanic customer but everyone will feel welcomed , and although I have never been to central or south America I'm sure I have a taste of what I'd experience after dining here .I've been here a few times and I'll be sure to return , I'd say if you'd like to get real Hispanic food give this restaurant a try , just know it's a very laid back place .also if you prefer you can place orders to go over the phone if you prefer .

Parking: At times you can get parking but that's if it's not busy , but if it's busy good luck .the restaurant shares a lot with others business which makes it even worse, and then there's the dumpster in the front middle of the lot that takes up at least one parking space .then some of the customers will park and block you in by parking behind you and you have to return to the restaurant and ask them to move so you can pull your vehicle out to leave .the lot isn't level it's in bad shape so be careful walking in the lot .

You go and spend money in this restaurant just to get your car towed by the valet parking is not fair I have to pay 300 to get my car back I’ll never ever again come back to this place by the way food is not worth it

Chilangos has a very inviting environment. The staff are super friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. Lastly, the food is well priced and delicious. Definitely bring your family.
