It took at least three minutes for someone to come in on the mic and drive-through. The young lady with earring hook in her nose, had a very nasty attitude, didn’t take my order and told me I can go. Drive-through customer service never took my order

The staff locked the door early and told everyone to go through the drive thru. After sitting in the drive thru with 3 or 4 cars in front of me for almost 30 minutes, they started telling everyone they were out of chicken. This is not the first time this store has claimed to be out of chicken or wings or some other items. It's rather pathetic. I don't know if it is just lazy staff not wanting to do their job, but get paid, or really poor management not ordering the product needed.

It’s no way everytime you pull up to order something you have to wait 10 mins all for them to tell you that the wings have a 25 min wait when wings only take 7 mins to cook. This location needs new management asap or just close down

Did my order online at 10;00 got there a few minutes later still had to wait no cashier the manager said her cashier was waiting on a ride 30 minutes later I got my food and went home order was messed up I was so aggravated I didn’t bother driving back they were not busy so not sure how a manager messed up my order everyone was to relaxed about getting the job down 3 other people were in the lobby they had the drive through closed

Very unprofessional, they will make you wait in the drive thru for long periods of time just to not take your order or come to the window, seen 3 cars past the drive thru and just drive off. Save your coins and don’t come here
