Haven’t been here in over 2 Years. Host greeted My wife and I with shock that we weren’t dressed like People who don’t look like Billionaires. We were Dressed in Our work Attire. Then assisted to make small talk and claims that she likes our shirts with the paint stains on them very Orginal she says.
Server was quirky and made us feel un easy.

Was then to be disappointed about the small menu and specific things that we could not change to our order to make it specifically to our needs & Taste. My Copeland burger was bland unseasoned and undercooked as well as my wife’s smash burger. We got the famous bowtie, spinach dip for the appetizer, and the bowties were all in pieces not full bowties was very disappointment and the recipe has changed with the spinach dip not very good with all the upgrades to the outside of the building may look more classy and fancy although the inside looks like a 50s diner I will never come to Copelands ever again, and I will assist my family and friends tonight come here. Mr. Copeland himself would be a shamed of what his establishment has become over these years.

I don’t think you could go wrong eating here, menu is very well assorted and options to people with different diet choices. Between two separate visits, I had the gumbo twice shrimp, ducky, and the eggplant something. Everyone was very professional and welcoming, and was not overbearing while you were enjoying yourself. Gonna be a spot to go to when I come back to New Orleans again.

My friend and I decided to come to celebrate ours birthdays to this restaurant, almost stand up and go, after seeing the waitress trying to rush our order, the restaurant wasn't full, but her attitude and face tells too much.
We were commented about the situation when a woman from another table asked me the name of the waitress she told us happened the same with the other table , the waitress was so mean.
Taylor M is the waitress name that appears on the receipt, we still left cash tip more than 20% even when she doesn't deserve it.
Next time I'll be careful to don't get served by that one.
People come to eat to a nice place to being served for a nice people, that's why we paid for.

I've been here quite a few times over the years. Always enjoyed their food. This time, I tried the Blackened Trio. The shrimp and catfish tasted great! The chicken was a little dry, but it still had a good flavor. My wife had the Steak Laboucherie, which she enjoyed but thought it needed more pasta. We love those biscuits! We wanted to try a dessert, but our server, who was nice, didn't ask and just handed us our bill.

I ordered a Top shelf Long Island. The bartender didn’t give me Top Shelf liquor and the drink was full of citrus to the point when I tasted it upset my stomach. Talked to the manager and he was no help. Don’t visited this place if you are looking for quality drinks.

We visited Copeland's for the Sunday Brunch before we left town. We enjoyed the food, the waitress was great and experience was good. My wife had the Big 3 Eggs and I had to Jazz Benedict. I've read reviews that weren't so pleasant, but our visit was very good.

I visited over the weekend for the brunch that I must say was exquisite. The menu is changing and I will certainly be returning soon. The staff is on the spot in any regards. My only complain would be the floors being greased as if the same mop and water was used in the kitchen as well as the dining area.

The biscuits are great. The cornbread dressing and redfish are too. Grill chicken is great as well.
