I wanted to give zero stars I have been here a couple times with no problems today was different I stood in there waiting for donuts the only black person ppl came after me was address with no problem the manager Brandon told me get out I recorded the whole situation I will never go to joes again in my life

Service was excellent and the beignets were amazing. Food was good and affordable. The donuts were also a treat. Overall very decent for the price.

I went through the drive thru to get a coffee, because that’s all I needed that day. I also asked for an ice water and was charged .99 for a 12 Oz water. It’s a Louisiana state law to give cups of water for free, but here this place is charging customers for it. I know the cups aren’t free either, but that is pretty petty. I probably won’t ever go back. The only reason I’m not giving it just one star is because the 12 Oz coffee was a decent price at $1.50
Went to pick up donuts … sold out… told me to come back 45 min, paid for my order assured me they would make them … returned an hour later nothing made … sorry I was told … never will return !!!
