I am very disappointed with my recent order. The pizza was not fresh - it tasted old and seemed like it had been sitting for a while. I expect better quality from domino’s.

I used to be an Asst. Manager at Domino's (not this one), but I have never witnessed this level of failure to a customer. We ordered through Uber about a week ago. The order was supposed to be delivered around 6:30ish. We got notification (via app) that it was delivered, but we saw the Domino's driver just drive right past the house. Over the next two hours, we called Domino's multiple times. The phone was answered quickly, but we were out on an indefinite hold. We ended up having to call around to other Domino's locations to managers we know to get to the district manager. Once this happened, the food finally arrived. We should never have gone through this. I know stores can get busy at times when it should be slow, but this level of incompetence and ignoring of a customer's concerns who is trying to get their food for nearly 3 hours is inexcusable.

I've been ordering here for 4 years and the food has always been perfect. Cooked just right, plenty of toppings, arrives hot and fresh, and they're fast. I live in University City neighborhood and they get it to me quick. I've never dined in but the delivery people have always been very nice. Great operation they have going. If you ask for extra you get extra too.

I placed an order at the store the delivery to the wrong location called the store the store manager kept hanging up on me and wouldn’t help me to resolve my problem I went to the store to Manning and hung up on me told me the gentleman delivered it and he’s gonna send a new order out when I get there I spoke to the manager Chanel And she tells me you did not get your order I said no they asked the driver when did you deliver to it I still have it in the car so I asked for a refund the guy that I spoke to earlier she said he was a manager she said he just left I called the store five times and he kept hanging up on me this is the worst store worst Customer Service I don’t recommend nobody to go there And I would not do business with Dominos ever again so please stay away from this location
