I come here every Sunday for snowball, there it’s always a guy he’s super nice today it’s was this girl she didn’t hear me I say no condensed milk and she got attitude because of that

I don’t catch his name but the young man working tonight had incredible customer service! He is a bonnabel student. He was so polite and made our order to perfection. I love seeing the younger generation work hard and do well. We come here often and everything we have tried has been amazing

I decided to finally check this place out since it always looks busy on the weekends. There was a line when our group arrived.

We ordered shaved ice and it did not disappoint. This spot does things a little different. They added condensed milk to the shaved ice which was delicious. As you can tell from the picture they have a variety of flavors. It looks like they have some unusual flavors such as horchata, tamarind and tiger’s blood.

The horchata shaved ice was interesting. Would come back to this spot. The only con I could think of is parking we had to park off of one of the side streets.

Wanted the elote on the stick the past two times I’ve went they only had it in a cup and it’s very soupy I’m not a fan of the cup I wish they would bring it back on the stick

On Williams Blvd Laketown ,than yes I love it. Wonderful good sales employees they r children. I always enjoy them serving me. The snowballs r delicious also not over price. I guess because child labor ? Laugh ?

Best snow cones and elote in nola. Cute little place to go when you want a quick snack.

Only come here if you want to be overcharged. Today the girl tried to charge me $2 more than what the price says on the window. She told me it was $2 for extra peppers when the price Cleary said 50 cent. Be very careful they will try to charge you more money then what the food actually cost. They just lost a valuable customer today.

I am writing this review from the patio while enjoying a delicious stuffed coconut snoball!! This is our first time here and I honestly don't want to leave!! Everything looks so good & the variety is just amazing! Service was great as well!!

Best Sno-ball I've had in a long time!! My fave is NOT the average. (Spearmint with condensed milk) Great flavor, good pour & enough condensed milk for a great blend!! THANK YOU!! I'm NATIVE, but no longer local. It was a great experience with a new place(to me)!!❤️
