Went there to order food 8a.m in the morning. The thin built woman was in the back talking atThe top of her lungs to two men. I asked if they were open and one man said "she'll be right there "...We waited for another 3 minutes. Waiting for this woman to finish her talk and then we left and went elsewhere to purchase food. Very unprofessional.

It might be possible for the burger to be more bland but not sure how. I was the only customer in line, but burger was barely warm. Enjoyed the blue cheese crumbles.... both of them.

Ordered the fried chicken sandwich- I got my sandwich and no jalapeños on it. I went up to the counter to ask for some and she said we’re out. Maybe that should have been prefaced before you let me buy it. So it was a flavorless fried chicken sandwich for $13.50!

Grabbed a breakfast sandwich here before my flight out. My two cents: 1. It's overpriced, but that's generally expected at the airport2. The setup is odd. For example, an employee was standing under an "order here" sign who, in fact, couldn't accept orders (you do that on a large screen). 3. The breakfast sandwich was okay. Too much butter on the toast for my taste (I know, it's New Orleans so I should expect that) and the bacon was undercooked. 4. They also didn't have napkins and made no apologies for running out.Overall, this place needs some tough love management. It has potential but needs to fix some core issues.

What a disappointment. Visited the airport location last week and the service was horrendous. The employees were unconcerned about customers who wanted to place an order and kept us waiting while they had private conversations. The food was underwhelming once we were finally allowed to order.

Ordered gumbo after being told there was no shellfish in it. Specifically said I had a shellfish allergy. After two bites in, found shrimp. I'll be asking for the manager and a refund.

$15 for a hamburger, same size and quality of a fast food with no sides, NOT KIDDING. Major rip off, we went for the bar stool dining w/charger ports.(had a child with us so could not sit at non-dining bar.
I get their shrimp linguine every time I’m in the New Orleans Airport. DELICIOUS, decadent, buttery goodness. Amazing. I know Dookie Chase is famous for all her Nawlins cooking and dishes, but I don’t ever want anything except this dish from this particular restaurant of hers! It’s located just outside the security check point exit, so If I have a layover and have the time I’ll go eat here, then go back through TSA just to get in this meal before my flight leaves. (It’s great with or without the shrimp, vegetarian style.) If you’re on you’re way out, stop in! If you’re on the way in, go early and get a meal. The beauty if it’s location is you can dine there with people before you catch your flight if you want to grab a meal with the folks you’re in town visiting before your flight takes off.

Lost order, how when it’s automated is beyond me, then didn’t care. “Chef” eating fries while grabbing people’s food with the same hand. If I wasn’t starving I would have demanded a refund. Never again, lesson learned.

Took a long time to order, items were in boxes in the back which they had to hunt trough to find what was needed. Pricey and the Sazerac was poorly made, had one the day before at Antoine’s which was great.

The Southern HospitaliTEA was the right choice. We also had the bread pudding which was recommended by our server and simply delicious. Service was quick and the wait staff was attentive. Will definitely visit again!
