Food was terrible. Flying in from the opposite side of the country all you want is some New Orleans food and this tasted like canned foods. I would not recommend. Bland, no seasoning like an embarrassment for being in New Orleans
The service was awesome! The food took a little longer, but it was good.

This comment is directed to the person's responsible for your banana pudding recipe. If you are going to serve an item, it should be as close as possible to what is expected for that item to be. An 8oz cup of custard, topped with a few pieces of banana and topped with 4 or five vanilla wafers is a very poor resemblance to what you're advertising. The staff was very open to my complaint and were very professional about receiving it. Sad to say, it was so bad I threw it in the garbage. This was in NOLA Louis Armstrong airport. Please if you're going to serve something, give your customers the respect of serving us what we expect. A quality product worth what we pay for and expect to receive. Thank you, and although it may be a small item but you should represent properly or remove it from your menu.
Just don't. Rude wait staff, 3 items on the menu and theyre out of 2 of them. Go to bar sazerac and ask for Denise
I have eaten at the restaurant in NO several years ago and it was great even with standing in line to get in. I figured I would have good experience at the airport location. I have to say I was a little disappointed. I ordered the catfish fingers. I have to admit they came out hot and had good flavoring although I felt needed a touch more salt. The slaw was pretty tasty. The server was cordial and suggested that the catfish wa good. So I can't argue with her assessment. I think 3 thin fingers was a bit 'thin' in terms of what was served. Agsin the fish was seasoned nicely. I then looked at the cocktail menu and based on the description I decided to order the Emeril's Margarita. The description called for Maestro Dobel tequlia ( does Not indicate which expression) but when the server went to make it she pulled out Luna Azul silver. I immediately challenged that mixing process and learned that the tequlia advertised was not what they use. It appears that maybe the advertised brand had not been used in a while. I consider that false advertising and fully expect what is advertised to be used. I really think an establishment and brand name like Emeril would carry a better brand in the well like maybe Lalo silver. So in spite of the fish being satisfactory I felt my overall experience did not measure up to my expectations. I do have to give a shout out to the server. She was pretty good.

The food was horrible!! I have eaten hear for breakfast and that was good but anything besides breakfast do t eat here. We order nachos and the meat looked like when you empty a can of tuna fish. We also ordered fried catfish and the fish taste like dirt because of improper cleaning and leaving the grey skin on the fish. Don’t eat here.

An awesome experience at a very busy time. I would come here every time I'm in this Airport.
Great food and fantastic service. This was my best airport dining experience.

Do not — I repeat — do not order the shrimp étouffée. For $32, I got six small shrimp, a tiny scoop of rice, and a whole lot of sauce. I even had to ask for an extra scoop of rice just to make it feel like a meal — and still left hungry. There was way more étouffée than anything else, and the portion was far from filling

If you have to kill time at the MSY airport, this place is decent. They make a decent old fashioned and a good shrimp po boy. Pleasant service, quick and easy.

Food is way overpriced but that's not the worst thing. When you get a table here you have to order all of your food through an app that doesn't work reliably and requires you to sign up. I first tried to order through the take out window but after standing there for 10 minutes I received no server. I then got a table which was a huge mistake.
Service was non existent for full service pricing. Skip this joke of a restaurant that's trying to save money by not hiring humans.
