This comment is directed to the person's responsible for your banana pudding recipe. If you are going to serve an item, it should be as close as possible to what is expected for that item to be. An 8oz cup of custard, topped with a few pieces of banana and topped with 4 or five vanilla wafers is a very poor resemblance to what you're advertising. The staff was very open to my complaint and were very professional about receiving it. Sad to say, it was so bad I threw it in the garbage. This was in NOLA Louis Armstrong airport. Please if you're going to serve something, give your customers the respect of serving us what we expect. A quality product worth what we pay for and expect to receive. Thank you, and although it may be a small item but you should represent properly or remove it from your menu.

I have eaten at the restaurant in NO several years ago and it was great even with standing in line to get in. I figured I would have good experience at the airport location. I have to say I was a little disappointed. I ordered the catfish fingers. I have to admit they came out hot and had good flavoring although I felt needed a touch more salt. The slaw was pretty tasty. The server was cordial and suggested that the catfish wa good. So I can't argue with her assessment. I think 3 thin fingers was a bit 'thin' in terms of what was served. Agsin the fish was seasoned nicely. I then looked at the cocktail menu and based on the description I decided to order the Emeril's Margarita. The description called for Maestro Dobel tequlia ( does Not indicate which expression) but when the server went to make it she pulled out Luna Azul silver. I immediately challenged that mixing process and learned that the tequlia advertised was not what they use. It appears that maybe the advertised brand had not been used in a while. I consider that false advertising and fully expect what is advertised to be used. I really think an establishment and brand name like Emeril would carry a better brand in the well like maybe Lalo silver. So in spite of the fish being satisfactory I felt my overall experience did not measure up to my expectations. I do have to give a shout out to the server. She was pretty good.

Food is way overpriced but that's not the worst thing. When you get a table here you have to order all of your food through an app that doesn't work reliably and requires you to sign up. I first tried to order through the take out window but after standing there for 10 minutes I received no server. I then got a table which was a huge mistake.

Service was non existent for full service pricing. Skip this joke of a restaurant that's trying to save money by not hiring humans.

Purchase Wings and a cup of Gumbo.. Gumbo was okay for airport food.. But the wings were horrible! Dry, tasted old, and extra extra crispy. A waste of money, unfortunately. I had to take my order to go due to a flight change, but never again!

This place clearly knows nothing about customer service. I don’t enjoy writing reviews like this, but it’s honestly disappointing to see how far they’ve strayed from valuing their customers. New management is urgently needed. Customers are a privilege, not a guarantee—especially with Chick-fil-A just a short walk away.

Avoid...Slow, poorly managed. App payment defaults to 22% tip, like the lack of attention, slow seating and service should be rewarded. If you found this you likely walked by and assumed it would be good and are now frustrated.

Who is host with long hair & wear glasses, service way too bad.

I've been managing and running restaurants in the U.S. for over 20 years. This place provides to-go boxes and cups, yet has such a great environment!

To put it simply, this business isn’t short on customers. But the servers act like you're bothering them when you ask for something—like you're the one inconveniencing them. No wonder the reviews are so bad.

A place like this won’t last more than six months if they don’t improve their service quality—unless the store manager and upper management just don’t care. If corporate decides to do an audit and send someone in undercover to experience the service, they’ll find out just how bad it really is.

Terrible server. Asked if I wanted change when given 40 for a 23 dollar bill, then said she doesn't carry change. Shrimp poboy was mediocre, bread to chewy couldn't eat it. Ice tea tasted like brown water. Lemonade no flavor. Really by far the worst meal had the whole time I was visiting. I don't recommend. My friend s burger was dry and overcooked.

Little pricy, but the breakfast sandwich was very well made, and the potatoes were well seasoned. Service could have been better. The young lady thought I just wanted a table and was a little snide with her attitude. I left a minimal tip as after she brought my food, she never returned to check on me. She also did not clean the nearby tables.

I tried to order there at the to go counter. There were literally NO employees! A line formed and then left because there were NO employees! How is that even a thing?!?! I waited but then had to go elsewhere because my plane was going to be boarding soon.

I wish I saw these reviews before partaking. This ranks amongst the worse dining experiences ever. My dish was jambalaya pasta, it was like eating a bowl of grease. (I couldn't eat it). I informed the waitress and she offered no solution at all. Not even a chance to speak to management. The shrimp were also overcooked and mushy. I can't believe they would even serve this. I will never eat here again. Emeril it's time you reevaluate this place. As a team I would feel embarrassed to see people throwing away whole plates of food with such a world renowned chef named attached to it!

Super disappointing. Service was sub par, and if Emeril was here he would have been mortified at the food. Salad was missing a main ingredient and absolutely swimming in dressing. Chicken wings were way overcooked and too crispy. Servers were way more interested in closing rather than helping…. The best thing about the place was that there were plugs available so we can charge our devices before our flight.
