I took my family here yesterday for the first time. We went at around 7:30pm. The food was good, however when you first walk in, there is an area where you pick up your to go orders. Whoever it was working behind that counter was rude, ignored us, she told the receptionist to sit a table that walked in after us. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE from her. When thats the first impression you get, it sets the tone for your whole experience. Our server was great, but that girl made us not ever want to come back. She made us feel unwelcomed.

Came in out of town from Missouri and met up with my sister and dad from Texas. Our server T was amazing. We came in late on a Saturday and he was able to handle our rowdy crowd of 7 people. The food was fresh and in abundance. We ordered a few boils and Po'boy sandwhiches. Will definitely return and recommend this location.

We had an all around great experience coming here...
We were greeted as soon as we walked through the door. The staff was friendly, cheerful, willing to answer any questions about the menu. They were prompt to get our drinks and order. It did take about 20 min for the food to come out. But definitely worth it. I got the shrimptastic which came w 2 snow crab clusters, a pound of shrimp, plus the traditional potatoes, corn and sausage. You have your choice of flavor. I did garlic butter. Everything was just so good from start to finish. I highly recommend you give them a try. Tiffany is a great server. Never once let our drinks bottom out and just had a great attitude about her.

I’m giving this place one star because of the parking situation. There’s no enforcement, so it’s a complete free-for-all. Handicap spaces are constantly taken by people who shouldn’t be parking there, and no one does anything about it. I’ve even been blocked in multiple times because drivers make up their own parking spots behind me. Please do a better job managing and enforcing your parking lot.

This is the best seafood place I have been to. The food is always amazing. When I first came here it changed the way I eat seafood. It’s been a while since I have been here and the service was great. This is a 100/10

If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience at this location was an absolute disaster. The service on the day we visited was extremely poor, largely due to what seemed like internal staffing issues that were clearly affecting operations. As a result, my guest and I waited over an hour just to receive our drinks and appetizer.

I brought this to the manager’s attention, and to her credit, she did attempt to make up for the inconvenience by offering a complimentary dessert. Unfortunately, things only got worse. After the meal, I became ill and had to seek medical attention. I later received a refund for the food, but the entire experience was so disappointing and stressful that I will never return to this location in Kenner — and I would never suggest this place to anyone I know.
