we went on new year night to get shake n fries. we ordered large serving and it was alot... really a lot. like extra 3 large servings of anyother FF place. we kept thinking if its their regular serving or by mistake. but we enjoyed it greatly

I think the pricing is reasonable. Set price in a burger and lots of add ins they don’t charge for. Good quality patties with good flavor. Loads of fries! Tried something different and had a peanut butter shake. It was delicious.

What’s the point of ordering online if you still have to wait in the store for 30 min? Everybody is joking and playing around while my sandwich is getting cold because I have to wait on fries. The fries were hard as a rock I couldn’t even eat them and the burger was overcooked! I will not be back here at this location!

This is no longer worth it. The food is overpriced and the customer service is lacking. The Elmwood location is better. Still expensive. We ordered 2 burgers and a large fry for $30. They didnt put extra fries in the bag like they used to. When we went to check out and place our order, the cashier got a phone call answered it and then walked away without telling us anything. We we were standing there... waiting. Until someone came to check us out. If Im paying $30 for 2 burgers and 1 order of fries at least have customer service. NEVER GOING BACK to this location.
