The cashier was clueless about everything it’s as if she just walked in the door at the very moment for the first time and jumped on the register. The prices and menu were wrong as well

Ordered crawl fish rice, the size is small, there are very few crawl fish, but cost $25!
And they don't take airlines meal voucher!
Never eat here!

I would not even give one star. This morning I almost got intoxicated with a cheese croissant. At 4:30 am before my early morning flight from new Orleans to Orlando the only option for food that was not sugary was that croissant. I paid 8 dollars for it, and saved it for later. When I ate it in the airplane I found (halfway through eating it) that it was full of fungus. I took a long flight back home, with a bad stomach and feeling nauseous all the time. This is unacceptable.

They just shooed my friend away when she asked a simple question about a severe food allergy she had. And gave her an attitude when she asked nicely. There wasn’t even anyone waiting in line. Simply not cool, it can’t be too hard to answer a question about the food being peanut/tree nut allergy friendly or not.

I’m a Nola native. I fly in and out of Nola International very much for work. Today I wanted red beans and rice. Issues:
Cold
Very small-(Small child size) and close to 20.00….Had to also my a 17.00 mufaletta.
Rice crunchy-Does it get checked, tastes.
Workers very lethargic…not hospitable at all.
So of all the locations Delaware north has here, I visit ALL of them. I can say with certainty, this location Folse Market-Absolutely the worst.
Whatever you do, not this one…or just buy the ready made cold salad or muffuletta. Don’t buy the prepared food. Good luck with the employees.
For me….never again. Must avoid.

If you could give this place a minus 1 Star it would be about right. You have to chase someone down to get anything. I watch as frustrated customer after frustrated customer sits and waits for no service. Amazing you're still open. And if they do wait on you at all it's as they're doing you a favor.

Cashier was super nasty, rude. I will never purchase anything from Folse Market.
I purchased a water coffee and chips and she was just so rude. I asked if they were still opened , she said we are almost closed , and we don't have food for purchase.
Again there is a way to speak to customers and she definitely does not know how to speak to customers.

Very expensive and not tasty
Sandwich so bull shit
Unfriendly staff plus they want to upcharge you just because you don't want meat on your breakfast sandwich. The line to order had multiple guests confused. Most of the people in line left without food. Usually being in the south means hospitality. Guess not here.

As I said, they added 2 dollars to my order and said it applies to all food vendors at the airport. Is that a joke?
Charnell the cashier is extremely unprofessional and rude to customers. Overheard her giving attitude to the guests in front of me. Then when it we my turn to order she did the same thing to me. The line was like 10 people deep and she’s busy sucking her teeth at people and acting like we’re inconveniencing her. Find better workers
We waited over an hour for 3 sandwiches that did not impress. The deep fried shrimp (which is not stated on the menu as deep fried) tasted like they were coated in plastic and the bread was smashed down to try and keep everything in. Very disappointing as the area looks nice and the menu is appealing to someone who wants a taste of New Orleans but wow did they blow it. The staff were also unhelpful and obviously annoyed at customers. One of the 4 workers shift ended while we were standing there 45 min in, and she couldn’t have been louder and less professional as she left the others trying to finish things up. It was pretty wild. Don’t waste your time here.
I ordered the Creole Jambalaya listed at $12 but noticed my receipt said I was charged $15.99. When I questioned, they said they increased their prices (for reference it’s Monday before the Super Bowl). I came back to request a refund for the difference as I was never told about the price increase while ordering, so I should be charged for what’s listed on the price sheet. They had to call a manager to process the refund and I waited patiently (for the first 20-30 min) while I ate my lunch. I kept following up and the manager never showed up, and no one else could help me. After waiting for about 45 min, I had to board my flight and I never received my refund.
They were also charging $18 for the rice and beans listed at $11.50!!!
The bartender (short blonde.. long hair..) was horrible. Literally the rudest woman I've dealt with in ages. The second I sat down, I was informed by other patrons not to bother because the bartender was an awful person..but I (foolishly) gave it a shot anyways. This bar needs to reconsider who they hire and moniter their employees more closely. What a waste of time.
